I informed my immigration lawyer about our marriage by sending only spouse's passport copy and marriage certificate. Nothing else I sent,it is now 3 motnhs. Is that all enough to let them know I am married? Or should I send all of spouse details like Birth certificate,educational and professional documents?

Hi blureef; you should sign a modification letter; search for that letter for it guides you on the documents you should bring! If you want i can give the template name!! And by the way, you should pay 162$ canadian!!

wow Paris November 3rd until December 12th, I wander if this is that long due to the fact some Africa applicants are being invited to Paris for interviews due to the medical emergencies in some countries in Africa. (not confirmed just my point of view as have heard of a few people from this area being invited to Paris)

Go to the micc website and download change to the application form. Read the form and submit all required documents and fee whis is 162 $ for spouse.

I think this mission is for 2011 non priority and 2012 priority applicants only...That is what is happening for Indians..

Oh my God.. I'm a 2011 applicant, unfortunately just 3 months back I have updated BIQ to update my residence address to UK from India since I came to London for one year.. :'( :'( :'( :'(

I think I'm going to miss this chance...

Not to worry for UK residents ,there are frequent missions on Paris better than Indian missions...so you will hear something for you definitely ..
