You mean your application had reached to micc at 10 am on 12 august ? If it is so than your file is returning . But still you can apply for fsw if you have enough score in ielts. For qsw wait for some months. They again start new program on 1 appril 2015.

When did you call them? my concern is that, why did they accepted applications from agust 1-11, if the cap was already full by the end of july? Hmmm... may i ask how long will it take for them to return my documents? does your friend's documents already returned to him/her?

I would advise you contact HM revenue directly and request for your tax history.Please also advise them to stamp the copy they send to you as I was in the same situation. although I sent payslips, they never took that into consideration. So i requested for a copy of my 5 year work history.ThIS WAS REJECTED by my representatives. I requested for a stamped copy

No her document is not arrieved yet. We called micc on august 16, 2014. You better call to micc to make sure whether your file has secured a spot ln cap or its on returning process. May I ask you from which country are you applying for qsw? and your AOT???

I have requested the UK HM revenue to send me the same tax statements,but am not sure if they have stamped it or not.Can I sill send the original documents that the tax office send to me,or should it be stamped?

From 2008 to 2009, India (Income-Tax Department or ITR-V Acknowledgement Acknowledgement)
- From 2011 to 2012, the United Kingdom (HM Revenue & Customs)

Watch out

Documents issued by an employer and electronic documents are not accepted as proof of social security contributions or the payment of income tax.

What do you mean by MICCS? Do you mean the Ministry of Immigration, Quebec???

ITR-V Acknowledgement is not an electronic document? I think if you get it stamped by notary public, then it will no longer be considered an electronic document? What do you think?

Ya it is the Ministry of Immigration Quebec.I have the same ITR-V for my Indian tax returns and I have notarized the same.I believe that should be fine.

Regarding the old experience certificate, if the employer says that it doesn't issue experience certificate in the format mentioned in the application form. Does self-declaration of experience certificate is accepted by MICC? Whereas the generic experience certificate and duties list is also submitted?

I have the physical receipt ITR-V ,am not sure about it if it's e-copy.

I initially received a copy that wasn't stamped. Since I am using a legal representative in Canada, they advised that the copy that isn't stamped does not meet the required standard. I rang the HMRC and requested for a stamped copy. You have to advise them to send a stamped copy. I requested for two copies. So I sent one copy and retained one copy for my records. I hope this helps

Wish I would have known this before,as already they posted me to my International address as am no longer living in Uk,they have send via standard mail so it takes 10 days to reach me.Now I need to request a new one which will again take 10 days plus.My God..

Yes you can submit the E-copy. I did the same and received my file number last month. No problem with IT electronic copy.

Dear Seniors,
I applied for CSQ under skilled worker category on July 2013 and received AOR on November 2013, we both are registered nurses currently working in UAE, yesterday i received an email from them, stating that missing document for my spouse,
1. Job letter in required format
2. Pay slip ( photocopy)
3. Official translation ( all my documents provided are in English)
and it must be returned in single envelop within 90 days, failure to do so may result in rejection without further notice.
Also we had a new baby born in April 2014, but have not updated yet.
So my query is do i need to pay any fee for sending documents of my spouse and I understand that i need to pay 162 Canadian dollar for adding my dependent child.
My child's birth certificate issued from India, this can be attested in Indian embassy or not.
I am really anxious
Your valuable suggestions are highly appreciated.
