just got a mail from my consultant that i have been refused.

after almost three years.

you should call the immigration office and discuss your case, at the same time ask your consultant for any written proof demonstrating reason for refusal.

...these 800 were the only number of files which the immigration had been able to open recently and were given file numbers, i guess there were thousands more which were on queue awaiting initial assessment for completeness to be considered, my advise for you is don't wait until Nov to submit your application, if you really are serious with your plan do it asap...

I have a question. I applied for CSQ in Nov 2013, expecting AOR within a month. The question is I had sent a demand draft for the amount to be paid.
I have heard that the validity of demand draft is only for 3 months. And these guys taking time for AOR is 4-6 months. So will my DD expire? I come to know from Bank that DD still not encashed. and yet to have response from bank about the validity period of DD with dollar amount. Now it has been already 5 months passed, will my DD get expired? or international DD with mentioning canada branch within the DD has validity of more than 3 months?

no worry. they are going to send back for renew your draft if your selected for preliminary evaluation. my one same problem

applied: 6 june 2013,
file open: 17 feb 2014,
draft expired,
send new draft: last week..

ok. but did you get the file number AOR? and you get return only the DD or a complete file?

What does a regulated profession means?
Does it mean that I need to do additional course or training before I become eligible in finding a job in Quebec?
What is the professional body in Quebec for U024?

monsieur, mon ......de fichier pour CSQ atteint mission hong kong le novembre 2011, je me suis numéro AOR, i nouveau mis à jour mon CAF et l'adresse de correspondance du août 2013, mais je n'ai jamais eu aucune information que si mon dossier était complet ou nécessite plus le document , s'il vous plaît me guider pour que je puisse préparer plus pour obtenir CSQ. merci

I am asked to provide UAE resident visa copy to quebec govt. Do i need to certify as true copy? and from where should I be doing it?

Should we also certify passport copy as true copy? As again they have asked for it.

yes you have to notarised your passport xerox as true copy. You can have it from your country's local notary authority.
