Hi Sher Jee,
This is for your relief that you are not alone on the journey of immigration for Quebec since July 2013. Moreover,still many applicants from Asian countries have not reached the destination who began their journey since 2011. Journey teaches toleration.

thank you for this reply sir/maam.. on our application, she has 3 different signatures. on our marriage contract, on her passport and on our application/decalaration/forms.. her signature on the passport and on the forms are almost identical but with some changes. so this wont cause us any problems with regards to our application?

You may Put an Affidavit along with your application confirming her correct signatures duly attested by gazetted officer/authority.

The Government of Quebec has announced a number of measures for its Skilled Worker, Investor, and Entrepreneur programs. They are as follows:

Skilled Worker – Between April 1, 2014 and March 31, 2015, a maximum of 6,500 applications will be accepted for review by the Quebec Skilled Worker Program.

Investors – Between the 8 and 19 of September 2014, a maximum of 1,750 applications will be accepted for review by the Quebec Investor Program. No more than 1,200 applications will be accepted from any one country.

Entrepreneurs and Self-Employed Persons – The Government of Quebec will accept a maximum of 500 applications from entrepreneurs and self-employed persons.

We Don't Fall Under the Cap as the Principal Applicant is my wife & her occupation is Nursing. So, there was no cap for nurses who applied in 2012 & We have applied in july'2012 & recd. our AOR in Nov'2012.
But since then a Long Wait...
