goodmorning! does anyone here knows what are the sequence of the documents that i should send to immigration in montreal? thankyou. :) ;)

Hi All.. I need a little help with some of my concerns. Any help would be greatley appreciated, and thank you in advance:

- Would it be ok if I only send Certified copies of my college diploma and transcript?
- Im from the Philippines and my forms and documents are supposed to be sent to Hong Kong Visa office, would any of you happen to know what the exact address and the addressee of Hong Kong Visa Office? couldnt find it anywhere even in google.. found some, but not sure if they are the correct address.
- My previous employer needs an addressee on my certificate of employment before she could release one to me. Whom should I address it to?

Again, many thanks.

Hi,

If you just put that tickmark, that is fine. but it is advisable to put a separate list giving the summary of the points you are claiming.
regarding, statement of purpose, i understand that you mean a statement clarifying your purpose for CSQ. i think it is not mandatory.

Hi,
1) Do we need to provide a separate letter along with our file for pointing out that, we are not claiming any points for french? or just a tickmark in the form that we are not claiming will work?
2) Also with our file do we need to attach SOP document? Statement of purpose?

Hello,

I applied as a Quebec Skilled Worker through the Programme de l’expérience québécoise (PEQ) on Oct. 25th 2013. On Dec. 9th I received an email from the Centralized Intake Office in Syndey, saying:

"Upon review of the information you have provided, your application is considered complete based upon the requirements of the Instructions and Regulation 10 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA)."

Soon after I received another email from CIC informing me that I was required to do the medical exam, which I did right away through eMedical, and which was sent to CIC - Ottawa before Christmas 2013.

Now, the status of my application on CIC has not changed ever since and it is stuck on "Application Received". Is that normal? I still have NOT received my AOR in the regular mail.

How can make sure that my eMedical results have been properly received in Ottawa?
And does anyone know how long it might take now?

Thanks!
