i have one another query, i did 3 years diploma of general nursing in 2007, after that i started working as a registered nurse then later on completed my 2 years bachelors of nursing in 2013, so i am little confused about selecting area of training in my application, that weather to select (nursing bachelor u118), or to select (nursing dcs c029), i wonder if i choose bachelor which was completed in 2013 so i might loose points of experience, so will it be fine to select nursing dcs as i have both diploma and degree, plz need ur urgent replies friends, as i need to send my application on tuesday.

this is the question num 9. in csq main application and i am realy confused about it that whether to check (no) on all of them, or one of them need to be checked (yes), i have done both diploma and bachelor of nursing from pakistan, plz friends answer me soon, have to send application on tuesday
thanks in advance

9. Are you the holder of one or several of the following diplomas (check the appropriate boxes: see instructions)
Québec diploma YES NO
Canadian diploma YES NO
Diploma or training recognized as equivalent by a Québec regulatory body (with the exception of a diploma in medicine) YES NO
Foreign diploma covered by a mutual recognition agreement (ARM) YES NO
Do you hold an authorization to practice issued by a Québec body that regulates a trade or profession? YES NO

Hi shery,

All boxes should be checked as NO.
And if DCS and bachelor awards you same points for AOT, just keep dcs, that would be safer to secure your points for experience.

If you are claiming points for french, then you must submit an original copy of the certificate of B2.
A1 will not be accept.
check micc website for details

They will accept a1 but there is no point equivalent for it.

hi,
please go through my question,,im just worried about it.
I applied for qsw under regular foreign student. I got my AOR on 10 Ocotober 2013. After that, i didn't get any news from MICC. My question is i haven't included my experience letter when i'm applied and i got them recently and i sent to MICC recently. DO they consider that now?
Meanwhile, my brother got Permanent Residency and now he is staying in Montreal> now, i sent those docs as Family stay in Quebec.

Please help me with this anyone. I am not sure they will consider all this now, after getting AOR?

The will accept and update your file. Just send the docs and make sure you also include your file number. U will gain points for the sibling in Montreal. Make sure provide a copy of your brothers PR as proof

Dear thomaschakma,

When did you call them from BD. Actual I want to know the time of availability of them during the phone call.

Hi,
1) Do we need to provide a separate letter along with our file for pointing out that, we are not claiming any points for french? or just a tickmark in the form that we are not claiming will work?
2) Also with our file do we need to attach SOP document? Statement of purpose?

any one knows new rules after march 2014 i hope they keep rules as it is
although i fully support quebec's focus on french capabilities of applicants and their effort to retain francophonic heritage as every region must defend its culture i guess we all need to try and improve our french as per requirements in order to succeed in quebec economy as french is important especially for highly skilled people to get jobs in their profession

goodmorning! does anyone here knows what are the sequence of the documents that i should send to immigration in montreal? thankyou. :) ;)
