It is not an official AOR like they send you when you apply for CSQ. Normally, before sending your file for Comparative evaluation, you already have a file for CSQ. When you receive your AOR for CSQ, there's a Dossier Number and Individual Reference number. With your Reference number for CSQ, you can check the status of your Comparative Evaluation. When you call MICC and they ask for your individual reference number and you give them, when they type it, it opens BOTH YOUR CSQ FILE AND YOUR EVALUATION COMPARATIVE FILE. So they can give you info for both. So if you already have AOR for CSQ, you can call them on +1-514-864-9191 , then choose option 9 for English, followed by option 4 to get to the Comparative evaluation page. They'll ask for your reference number, and when you give them, they will tell you if your Evaluation file was opened.
I did same.
Try to understand what I mean and hope it clarifies your worries.
For the second part of your question, your Nursing application file is processed by OIIQ which is completely different from MICC that processes comparative evaluation. So both applications can be lodged simultaneously. And don't forget for OIIQ that you only send forms to your Universities when you have already paid the fees to the OIIQ and they have opened a file for you AND ATTRIBUTE YOU A FILE NUMBER, which you gonna write on all the forms before sending to your schools.....etc.
