Stylove, how long will it take for you to receive AOR for comparative evaluation?

Hello Friends,
Your kind attention needed.
One of my friend today got a courier back from the Quebec immigration department. They are asking him to submit document for french language (attestation of results). Whoever here knows new rules (applied after august 2013) understands that B2 is the minimum level to get the points and hence he and also I have selected the option that "I am not submitting an attestation of results for my knowledge of oral French (If you do not submit an attestation of test results for your knowledge of oral French, no points will be awarded under this evaluation criteria)".

And we both are already qualifying as our points are 61, where the qualifying point is 57. Remaining points we can claim out of 6 points of adaptability.
Then why immigration department is asking him to submit result document???

It seems to be serious issue.

It appears this a new trend, a friend of mine had his application returned last week too for the same reason. He ticked in his application (Question number 15) that he is not submitting French test result . He and his spouse are scoring 64 points without French result.
He wants to call them .What do you people think? please send me MICC number if you have it.

See their details
Profession ....Diploma in Nursing
Years of experience ....3
Age for principal applicant ---29, spouse 37
Spouse education ---- Doctor of Optometry
Number of babies---1 ( less than 2 years)
English 6.0

Hi,

My Case/Query :
All the companies i have worked for are registered.
Company 1 :
However, my first company i have worked for was a small one and no longer exists. I have all the documents related to the same.
I still have contact with the owner and he is ready to provide the necessary help to me.
Company 2 :
My second company had a notice period of 30 days. I had server the notice period but they were not ready to release me, nor could i delay my joining in the new firm. So i took all the documents like experience letter and left. I spoke to them yesterday and warned them regarding the call for verification.
Their reaction was shocking since they said that they wont support me in this and will give a negative remarks saying that i never worked in the company.
Company 3 :
I have all the docs.

My Questions :
For Company 1 :
How can the verification agency verify the company and my work details as the company no longer exists ?
Will i need some extra documents to prove that i worked for this company on a particular role ?
For Company 2 :
Will i need some extra documents to prove that i worked for this company on a particular role since the higher level of the company directly refused to help me (decline that i worked for them) ?
For Company 3 :
Is it necessary for me to show the current company data since we need a specific format and no. of hours/week and other data ?

Also, is it mandatory for me to provide details of my companies in a specific format because some might even decline to do so?

It is not an official AOR like they send you when you apply for CSQ. Normally, before sending your file for Comparative evaluation, you already have a file for CSQ. When you receive your AOR for CSQ, there's a Dossier Number and Individual Reference number. With your Reference number for CSQ, you can check the status of your Comparative Evaluation. When you call MICC and they ask for your individual reference number and you give them, when they type it, it opens BOTH YOUR CSQ FILE AND YOUR EVALUATION COMPARATIVE FILE. So they can give you info for both. So if you already have AOR for CSQ, you can call them on +1-514-864-9191 , then choose option 9 for English, followed by option 4 to get to the Comparative evaluation page. They'll ask for your reference number, and when you give them, they will tell you if your Evaluation file was opened.

I did same.

Try to understand what I mean and hope it clarifies your worries.

For the second part of your question, your Nursing application file is processed by OIIQ which is completely different from MICC that processes comparative evaluation. So both applications can be lodged simultaneously. And don't forget for OIIQ that you only send forms to your Universities when you have already paid the fees to the OIIQ and they have opened a file for you AND ATTRIBUTE YOU A FILE NUMBER, which you gonna write on all the forms before sending to your schools.....etc.

i think this can answer you:

If, on August 1, 2013, you were in one of the situations described below, it means that your file has already being processed. Therefore, the new rules will not be apply to you.
•invited for interview in the next few weeks or months;
•received letter entitled “Demande en attente d’entrevue de selection” (application pending a selection interview)
•You received a letter entitled “Demande en attente de decision” (application pending a decision)
•You received a letter entitled “Intention de refus” (intent to refuse the application) that you need to submit other documents or information that will allow us to continue to review your file;
•You have already had a selection interview and your file has not been finalized.
Else, new rule will apply to you.
