Dear Friends

After going through mission i feel that they are doing partiality with Asians
I think all Asian should take some massive steps towards this situation.

Because i feel that they are interested only in our fees but not giving CSQ....
Even according to their planning for 2012-2015 we can clearly see that there are only 4500 quota for Asia compare to more than 10000 for Africa and more than 7000 for Europe.

Please go through page-14 on following link
http://www.micc.gouv.qc.ca/publications/fr/planification/Plan-immigration-2014.pdf

Asian firends it is the right time to come together and take necessary actions asap

Regards

I don't think you can do anything about that, that is their choice and plan for their province. you cant do anything but to agree. you can not tell them hey take us Asians when they do not want to. they did not ask us to apply but we did it voluntarily. so whatever they do they are in control. but I think they should return our fees if they do not really plan to take Asians.

Hi,

Finally!!!!!!!!
CSQ has been issued without interview. :P :P :P :P :) :) :) ;D ;D ;D ;D... Now, just have to retrieve it from Mexico BIQ, since regular mail is pretty bad in this neck of the woods, they are recommending setting up a DHL account to retrieve it. In any case, certificate is ready and now is time to start federal.

Hey... best of luck..... nice to hear good news after so long.

I agree.

If you are for interview, most likely, you will be needing points for adaptability. It is the IO who will decide if they will accept or deny you. Even if you pay the whole processing fee, they can deny any of us entry to their province. Let's just wait and do our best. :-) #JustSaying

I agree. We are cannot force them to accept us just because we pay them CAD 750/757. We will be their responsibility once they give us PR, so i guess they have all the rights to choose.
We just need to do our best to be selected from the no. of asians they will get. Anyway, this process goes along with other visa processing, even you applied for tourist visa still you need to pay and there is no guarantee that they will grant you visa.

can anyone guess that processing of Quebec is fast or slow in these days.

Hello Friends,
Your kind attention needed.
One of my friend today got a courier back from the Quebec immigration department. They are asking him to submit document for french language (attestation of results). Whoever here knows new rules (applied after august 2013) understands that B2 is the minimum level to get the points and hence he and also I have selected the option that "I am not submitting an attestation of results for my knowledge of oral French (If you do not submit an attestation of test results for your knowledge of oral French, no points will be awarded under this evaluation criteria)".

And we both are already qualifying as our points are 61, where the qualifying point is 57. Remaining points we can claim out of 6 points of adaptability.
Then why immigration department is asking him to submit result document???

It seems to be serious issue.

Can you ensure that is the only reason for the return of the doc, I got my doc returned when i applied in early 2013 and I had not checked the

"I am not submitting an attestation of results for my knowledge of oral French (If you do not submit an attestation of test results for your knowledge of oral French, no points will be awarded under this evaluation criteria)".

Hence, i checked this option and sent the application, and they accepted it. And I received the AOR.

Also, just before sending the application, The application format was changed, so they requested to use the new form too. Check if you have any different forms that you have missed out.

Swami
Note: I am not sure about my points, and I believe I should be above 57 points though

He should check twice:
I am not submitting an attestation of results for my knowledge of oral French (If you do not submit an attestation of test results for your knowledge of oral French, no points will be awarded under this evaluation criteria) and I am not submitting an attestation of results for my knowledge of written French (If you do not submit an attestation of test results for your knowledge of written French, no points will be awarded under this evaluation criteria)

I'll advice your friend to check and double check again if he actually ticked the box that he is not submitting any french results and hence not claiming any point for french language. Before sending the original application, MICC advices you to always keep a copy of the forms you are sending so just check on it and let us know.

Anyone using Abidjan visa office?

No, they won't. Computer Science and Computer Engineering are 2 different domains with almost entirely different syllabus for the majority of the program
