dear friends,

i called the immigration call center yesterday asking about my application status.
she replied that they are now working in the files opened in Jan 2011, not file received in Jan 2011 but the files opened in Jan 2011.(AOR Jan 2011).

that's mean they are still working on files sent to them before Jan 2011, and she told me that my file has been opened in Aug 2011 so i still have to wait and continue waiting..........

and i told her that how long it will take to update the french test result to my file she reply minimum three month.

i think we do have two options:
1- continue waiting until receiving this famous CSQ and start another type of waiting for the federal process.
2-look for another immigration program..................... and for sure start another type of waiting.

I sent all my docs to Montreal. It was received on 15th Oct, 2013, well I did not get AOR but I saw scanned receiving from the embassy.

It's been some time, no AOR and no information.

Any suggestions?

Courier Service (e.g.FedEx) and Canada Post scan the signatures as part of delivery report. My guess...

I have received letter from quebec with expired Demand Draft, but file number and folder number is mentioned in letter and they are asking to send renew Demand Draft b/w 90 days. My file is approved or not???

Just had a conversation with the BIQ Montreal call center. Just to know what is happening. From their side, this is what i received. The person was very kind in answering all questions.

1. All our inputs to the file has been received until the latest sent on Dec 28th.
2. If AOT is prioritized in Aug 2013, then the AOT will be considered for files whihc have received AOR ONLY which have been submitted in 2011.
3. The priority will automatically taken by system and the points will be mapped and one thing, new information i got was the priority will happen according to the points in the system. Which means.. if you are a high scorer, with required AOT.. then you get the call...

Please share your AOT name my one is B.TECH(Computer Science Engineering) from Hyderabad India applied in March 2012 and got AOR on May 2012 and waiting for interview call as per new AOT list from 1 august 2013 my degree in priority list.
