Yes, they started slowly working on the late 2018 and early 2019 cases! we are pretty much sure that the process is very slow and case by case, however we hope that we can track the progress! I am not sure bout your situation, but you can see my details!

you should have heard something from IRCC by now! some out-lands are slowly moving forward, especially 2018 and early 2019!

That's a good questions because my E-case shows: "application Received" - and now my timeline is 100% and it shows: "Your application is taking us longer than usual to process."
