Got it. I have all my documents in English as well. Only one document in my mother tongue that I got translated the same way you did.

Have you heard anything about your application yet? Trying to get a sense if the immigration office has any concerns with that? I got my documents notarized the same way you did and now I will have to send them back if I need to get the headings added to them.

I am not pretty sure about this, most of my documents were in english so i just got it notarised and two of my documents were in my mother tongue, i got them translated withheading, red seal and then notarised.

No i haven't received AOR yet, they have charged the Credit card 10 days back so i think AOR must be on its way to me. I think they wont be having any concerns to it.

Make sure that the notary puts his registration number on all the notarized pages, some of them don't do that.

Lets hope that it will work for us.

Hi,

yes you can get that from a website of ICCRC, there you will get an option to search consultant, fill the details what you gain from the link i posted in previous message and it will pop up the name of that consultant, you ll then have an option to send him an email from their system? i have done so and got replies from these consultants.

Regarding french, its not mentioned as mandatory on any of the websites but to be honest i feel it is like "no french, no CSQ" for non francophone countries.

Thank you so much Hardik for your reply and list of lawyers.
How do I contact these lawyers? Is it possible to get their phone numbers/law form details/web site etc?

Also if without knowing frencch , my points are meeting minium eligibility of 63 points, is it still required to learn french?

Please clarify, thank you very much

Hi,

I think gaining PR with knowing french at all is something almost impossible.

Here is the list of lawyers, only these lawyers can represent your case officially, all others can do it but it will be treated as if you are applying yourself.

Hello Friends
I have recently moved to montreal about 2 months back with my family and I want to apply for PR, can anyone suggest whats the best option for me? I do not know french at all, can I apply under skilled worker class program as it is based on points system?

Also can anyone suggest good lawyer in montreal who can guide me on the process and services are not too expensive?

thank you
