What about TEF (TEFAQ) or DELF? As long as I know bank draft is not required for Quebec. I think you'll need a document proving your work experience for the past 5 years - labor contract or work booklet + some document from your employer describing your duties in detail.

I am not 100% sure but in my opinion they would consider the date of file number given....I.E. AOR.

Hi! I am planning to apply for Quebec. I would like to ask your help in the case of my work experience requirements..I have worked more than 4 years in a caregiver institution, as clinical instructor and lecturer. During those last 4 years I have been working paid as a full time instructor. However, we have no SSS and tax deductions, so we receive a full amount of our salary. What document could you suggest that could support my work experience? Some says I have to enclose a declaration from my employer confirming that I don't have SSS and tax deductions.I don't know if that document will already do. I hope you could help me on this.

Thank you so much.

Hi mim, just to ensure. You received an email payment receipt and your original printed AoR in regular mail ? ... how long it took for you to receive your printed AoR from the date of issue.

Yes, you can as long as you declare it properly with documents to back it up.

Hi all,

Myself Raj here, I need an extensive support from all of you with your positive response n guidance.

My details are as follows:

I have applied through Quebec Skilled Worker Program for PR. My file was submitted on June2013 and received file number on October 2013. As per Rules changed on August 2013, I eagerly want to know whether after receving the file number, my application will be consider with new rules or else it will be consider as Old rules.
I and my spouse both have completed French A2 level and IELTS. Presenlty, my B1 level is ongoing and plan to complete by next year. Please friends, need your valuable opinion as i am little bit confuse whether after recieving my file in October, as my application will be consider with new rules or not.

Thanks in advance for your response and time..

If you do not cross the 57 point threshold without the french points, you will rceive a letter stating that you have to increase your French competency with B2 B2 in next 18 months. IF not your application will be refused, and if you already cross the 57 points you will not receive one such letter
