yeah lets see on 2020 your interview will come then remind me where will you stick ;D its clear like blue sky no missions for asia until november 2013 , they delayed everyone interview 6 month.

remember that before you are called for interview, youll be 6 to 8 months waiting list. so from now you have 14 months waiting time thats if your file is on they officer desk.

Check page 11 on this report, they will take 6000 from all asia
http://www.micc.gouv.qc.ca/publications/fr/planification/Plan-immigration-2013.pdf

already they are processing 6000 files/year in Damascus BIQ

you can go back and check posts by some ppl who were interviewed applicants b4 december 2011, they were asked for french exams.
there is high possibility for they ask for b2 level, or act like that.

The officer can do 4-5 maximum interviews per day, each officer = 1 mission so during 1 week can interview 30 applicants,120 /month
There are 25000+ files in HK BIQ how many years? they need miracle...

this miracle is the new language rule,,, if they apply it they will cancel 95% of the applicants

i dont know why you wrote all that up .. i was just replying about this :

""also for some people from some religions are case for refusal,,, if the officer feels cant adapt in Christian society Smiley ""

Sorry Signal he got the same situation with me.....and i strongly think charging your CC does not necessarily mean having AOR. Mine was charged May 5th (appl March 7th) but till date no AOR. Called them 2 days back and they still confirmed they received my money but I DON'T HAVE a file number yet, and that I should be patient!!!!!! goshhh :o

But all cases are not the same though........

The important thing is to qualify one can wait if he is aware that he/she will get CSQ.

Else, all be ended in vain.

I think the rule is very simple. NO FRENCH NO CSQ. Changes in french language points, is basically a message for all of us to improve our french. In my opinion, even if they dont implement new rules on us for the time being, but they will give us a very hard time in interviews. And we should be ready to face tough french during the interviews. So guys spend some time to improve your language proficiency and I am sure they will not be able to reject us.

Hi All, i need your guidance too.I'm from Africa- I am trying to pay by credit card but worried if i should send the credit card payment form without confirmation that payment has been made. For any of you that opted for credit card payment, did you send your forms and wait to be debited?or did you make special arrangements with your bank...please share the details/experience.will appreciate.

That's the point take French conversation courses, for few month, you get to learn grammar/listening and pronunciation.. to get job you need French.
parents are forced to put their kids in French school, does any1 know about it??? else you must put your kids in private English school fees 17000$/year each kid.

your interview will be sooo late enough time to master your french ;)

All the CSQ Applicants have to realize that French is a must. I submitted my app. last year, and have been studying French (privat classes) for over a year and a half. I took TEFaQ in July 2012 and obtained B1 score band. Now it should be B2. In three weeks I'm flying out to Montreal for IEC programme to get familiar with Quebec realities.
