CALL ME 03336697333

Im gonna ring u............. thanks

What's up guys :)
I've just called BIQ and they told me that I'm gonna be processed under the old rules. My AOR is May 10th. So, I suppose it clarifies the situation a lil bit. I didn't have doubts about it as I said before, but just wanted to make sure coz many of us already called them and got different responses. "Preliminary processing" begins right after AOR.

whenever you lodge your application there are three steps

1) AOR
2) Primary evaluation
3) interview shortlisted/call

aor is given when they check all ur docs they are correct and deduct the fee now a days according to current rules they give aor on certain aot
once aor is given the file goes in the phase of Primary process/examination/evaluation where the passing pts are 42 for the single applicant and 50 for the married and if they pass then they assess your application for interview where u have to meet the threshold of 57 for married and 49 for married and for csq u know 63 for married and 55 for single hope so that makes thing clear for everyone

As you said Umer once aor is given the file goes in the phase of Primary process/examination/evaluation

Don't you think all those who got AOR are exempted from new rules since the AOR means that the preliminary evaluation has already begun.....

This is what the new rules also say that those whose preliminary evaluation has begun are not affected by new rules.

Anyways that's are just my opinion.....

Lets c what happens.....

That's what I am thinking and hoping for........ All those who got AOR means that there preliminary processing has begun and thus they are not affected by new changes.......

Are you guys talking about applying for your CSQ, or for your Federal Immigration under the QSW program?

CSQ

Nothing is clear yet, and I think the people who answered in Montreal are not immigration officers
and even if it the new rules will be applied on old applicants they must give us a time to upgrade
