BIQ Paris doesn't accept new applications. Send your application to this address:

Direction de l'immigration économique – International
Service Europe de l'Ouest, Afrique subsaharienne et Maghreb
Ministère de l'Immigration et des Communautés culturelles
285, rue Notre-Dame Ouest, 4e étage
Montréal (Québec) H2Y 1T8
CANADA

Yes, fees payment can be made on bank draft. It should be in favour of ministre des Finances du Québec

I submitted my application for CSQ last month (June). It was received June 19th 2013. I continue checking my debit card but no money has been withdrawn yet.

- I wish to find out how long it takes for the money to be withdrawn? Is this done when they open your file or when the send you a AOR.
- Please, how long will it take before I receive my AOR? Will I also be sent an email?

I will be glad to hear from anyone's experience. I urgently need these answers please.

Hi Ernie, my application was submitted on March 28 to the Montreal office. It was transferred the Mexico BIQ some time in April. I got my AOR on June 6 and I was charged the same day. So it seems that the card will be charged on the date of the AOR.

I hope so.......cus i cant afford to file in my application late this year

Not a bad idea, if you are not married or if you dont mind being separated from your spouse for a long while. And you know, you can pay the fees in instalments. So it makes it easier.... So which of the institutions are you considering?

Don't go as student...what ever you will earn that will goes in your fees....and there is no guarantee of PR.

You can visit this website. They are just like British Council (for IELTS etc.) who conduct official exams in French and can also provide you with courses.
http://www.afkarachi.com/

It all depends on your qualification, work experience, age etc. the points you need in French to qualify. However from 1st August the minimum requirement for French is going to be atleast B2.

Dear All,

The interview is intended to verify your application and your knowledge of Quebec. So you will start with easy questions, e.g. can you describe your education/job? why your job does not match your education? where did you learn French? Then you will proceed to the Quebec part: "Why you want to come to Q? Why Montreal? How many companies in your field you know in Quebec?

was it in french or in english?..

Am considering London School of Business and Finance Toronto for HND program. Fees per year is 7500 CAD, and it two years program. Planing to marry before i apply......she can apply for multiple entry visa for visit. What do you think? another way to enter Canada is school even though it expensive.

You can apply for CEC before your student visa get expires and you know The Canadian Government values their certificate. Let shear idea bro
