Regarding work certificates for both me and wife,I have send it with this format:working hrs, position held, period of work, salary, job duties, signed and stamped by my supervisor.
Payslips of my current job as I am working for past 8 yrs.,my wifes too.
Tax verifications where it states that i have no debts and with fiscal number

Now my consultant(Cambel and Cohen) wants to fill out a form on missing work certificate, missing income tax ,when I called it was so confusing that I did not understand.
This is so confusing, when they did document review it stated on them OK for documents mentioned above.

Really pissed off....I have should done it myself and save money!!

Principal Applicant:
Age-28------16ptsEdu-2yrs. bachelor in nursing(15 yrs. of study in total)---6pts (2yrs uni degree will only give 6pts and not 10)Exp-35 months-------6ptsIELTS-6.0 in all modules-----2+2=4ptsFrench-learning beginner level 1 at AF---- (with no certificate it will be 0pts)AOT- DCS-3yrs (is this a tech. level diploma?) I don't think you can have points for AOT with a University diploma of 2yrs studies (case in point Quebec2011) see the link here http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/index.php?action=search2

Co-applicant:
Age-34-----3ptsEdu-A) Master's degree in sociology(17 yrs of study in total)-----3pts B) One year vocational training in health laboratory technician---- (1 yr training in this area will not give AOT pts)Exp-more than 8 yrs in the field of health lab and one year in the capacity of community based rehabilitation supervisor within the past 5 yrs----- (no pts for experience)French-learning beginner level 1----- (again no certificate)Financially autonomus----1One children below 18 yrs----4pts if below 12 and 2pts if above 2

But then, if AOT points will be given, it should be 12pts anyway. Wait for others to respond.
Sum up.....if you both have 57pts and above, you may send your application. If not, maybe you'll need to work on your french.

Again, this is my opinion only.........take it with a grain of salt.

Thanks a lot vicky4frendz and Preferred,

I actually got an interview call today. Surprise!!! :o for the first time since March my CV was not sent to the rubbish bin! it was from an NGO that needs arab speaker for community activities. However, my McDonnel Douglas is waiting to collect my exhausted body and transport back home, my dad already started stuffing fridge with my favourite food and the 1700$ ticket is non refundable. Asked them to put away my interview for three weeks later.

Now rushing to file another application before boarding my McDonnel. Happy summer break to all :D

Hi Ketevan

Dear Senior,
Here in Nepal,we get our schooling completed after completion of 10th grade. My spouse did 3 years certificate level in nursing after schooling. She worked more than 4years after her 3yrs. course in nursing. As per nursing education pattern,to be eligible to enroll into 2 yrs. bachelor in nursing, one must have at least 2 yrs of working experience in the nursing field. To sum up,She has 5 years of nursing education and 15 years education in total. As I understood,Nursing DCS-3yrs in Quebec is equal to 5 yrs nursing education done outside in Quebec. If it is so,10 points will be awarded for education and 12 points for AOT.Furthermore,I got Preleminary evaluation on official website of Quebec which showed positive result. So,I need concrete deceision to lodge my application to save money and time.

I kindly request to you all in this regard

Dear seniors,
May I feel comfortable to post questions most often if it is not clear to me? I am posting again, regarding points for french language:One of the senior responded me that I must submit the result of french language with the initial application in order to claim points.I and my wife are learning beginner level. It is almost impossible to submit french language result with initial application as application submission time is running out.On the other hand,my spouse has obtained 2 yrs. post-secondary technicial diploma in nursing. They have mentioned that diploma which falls on the category of awarding 12 points will get 10 points whether it is of 2 or 3 years in length. It was my understanding. Please, seniors, clarify me on this without being irritated.

You can submit your file, but make sure you study hard and update your file with French results for you and your wife, immediately you receive an AOR from them. This will help you get adaptability points during the interview.

You are already late, so send your application fast, infact on Monday, and it is good not to be asking the same question over and again, and getting the same answers.

My answer above is based on the fact that with all your qualifications at present, you filled the online preliminary assessment, and they ACCEPTED you. Without which, ignore it.

Luck!!!!!!!

Stylove do u have think right now to issue AOR they take out different verfication checks what they are ? u ve any idea?

If you have the minimum points to file an application then apply with no french results. Later on when you receive your AOR and file number you'll be able to update your application with french scores or any other supporting documents. Level of education and AOT are rated independently in terms of points. For MS or PhD 12 points are awarded. For BS it's normally 10 in most cases http://www.canadavisa.com/quebec-immigration-education.html. Points for AOT are assigned from the following table: http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/publications/en/diverses/list-training.pdf

Ketevan,

I'm sure that after you take a rest at home it'll boost your confidence and you're gonna have more motivation to be back and succeed.
Have a nice break.
