i just called Montreal and asked about Interview time and he said just check website ))

i told him yeah i know, but i saw it is showing 36 months so i said maybe there is something wrong or it is no updated, and he said no Sir it is Updated !

I told him so you think it is really 36 Months ????!!!

he said yes sir 36 months )))

I m from albania. I want to share my experience and if anyone can say what phase am i already please?
I applied in my wife's name (as she is a Business Administrator by profession and education with ten years work experience in public sector ) . Long story short .
September 2011 we started the process with an emigration Advocate in Montreal . Now we have completed all the phases of language test, payment , and everything and in August we had an email saying that our file was accepted at the Ministry of Emigration and in a period of 6 - 12 months we will be called for an interview.
We sent an email to our lawyer and he says that they still don't know when the interview will take place.
Anyone has had the same experience and does anyone know how much time will this take .
Personally waiting has become more than a trial for us . I am about to quit.

i need your veiws from your experince... I have applied for Quebec CSQ since, 19 sep 2010... I have got the file number on december, 2010... my waiting e-mail was in january,2012 ... my interveiw was in Augest, 2012... The consultant at the interview gave me Notice of intent to refuse the application due to my social insurance was not satisfied by him .... I have sent the details of my social insurance with the explaination by DHL to Quebec since September, 2012 ... Up till now my file still under processing ... am calling them and for six months my file has been under processing ... from your point of veiw ... what is the processing time to reply on people who gaven them Notice of intent to refuse the application ... am so worried this is my life project... now am 30 yrs old and in the last 6 yrs i did nothing but improving myself to immigrate to Quebec

Only some certificates from France i guess are equivivalnt and wouldnt need equivilation, but you will get normal points, and you will have to study again when you go to Quebec...

I have sent my application for quebec in BIQ Hong Kong in June, 2012. After 1 month, I have received a reply from BIQ to fill latest revision of forms and resend my application.
I downloaded latest forms and resent my application in August, 2012. After that, I have not received any reply from BIQ. It has been around 6 months till now.
Moreover, validity of my bank draft was only 3 months. I don't know status of my application.
Please help me on this.

In this case, if they accepted you, they may keep the Application and give you a file number without telling you so, and ask you to send another check, and return the old one.

This is what happened with me.

They should contact you soon now.

Why don't you check with your bank from where you made the bank draft. I hope if it is encased then its ok...
