Hello Jazv4,

Thank you very much for your feedback! after reading your reply there is no doubt that there is much more to gain on the TEF that there is on DELF. I will def. take TEF and not DELF. How did you score such a high score? are you a native French speaker? I am on my 8th month of intensive French (mon-fri) and I am finally getting a hang of it, it does take some time.

I studied french as a hobby for about 3 years. So, it does take some time to get the hang of it, and still I wish I could speak it better

My situation is quite particular, I had an employer from B.C file AEO for me and sponsor my federal application unfortunately it was denied so I decided to apply through Quebec, however I have not been able to apply yet, I have one more semester of school before I can get my degree. My AOT is Business Management (Priority list section B) sorry I can't share any timelines with you yet.
Sorry to hear your application got denied. I've been trying to compare timelines with someone applying in Mexico BIQ in 2012 and still haven't found anyone. The other applicant I found got the application returned because AOT. Mex-BIQ seems to be going fast given I received AOR 2 weeks after they received the application (which in other places takes way longer), but as far as issuing the CSQ I haven't gotten a solid timeline. :(

Hello All,

Anyone has any clue are they any interviews scheduled in New-Delhi this quarter. I applied in March-2011.

I had a basic french knowledge but forgotten everything now :(.

Its hard to wait for so long. I have lost hope on this. Looking other routes to immigrate as well.

I thought this feb they wud be in India for interviews and i dont see it either.

Has anyone called the HK- office in regards to this?? If yeh plz share some info.

I know a person who applied in jan 2011 his interview was waived off as he was access to points.

When is the next update on this mission sheet???

Yes i guess it will be considered A2.

The other two exams by the way are much easier ( at least in A2 ), i made A2 !
Failing Under 5/25 i am not sure you will get the Certificate itself, i guess you will fail at all, so be careful.

What is you French Language ? If it is not solid just work on the A2, A1 is not enough to provev Language and B1 is considered Advanced.

By the Way: Listening Part in DELF is not Easy ! be careful ..

Hello Signal Maker,

I am currently A2 French level but I am no sure about talking DELF anymore.. anyway thanks for your feedback.

Yes, it was a very unfortunate situation; however that opened me doors to new horizons: Quebec in this case.
I am glad to hear Mex-BIQ is moving fast! contrary to what I had predicted, I thought that Mex-BIQ was going to be much slower than Guatemala, again glad to see is not like that at all. AOR in 2 weeks is a record!! I don't remember anyone having got AOR in 2 weeks?! Congratulations! and don't worry I am positive that with the changes enforced by the Quebec government things will move a lot faster! in my opinion the language requirement will make a big a difference!

What is your AOT? are you in group A, B or C? also what is your total calculation of points? is it true that as a single applicant if you score above 55 pts a hypothetical interview may get waived?

My AOT is Business Administration, Gestion et Administration des entreprises (I believe U0074). Single, and according to my calculations I have 63 points.

Essentially, if you have over 55 points you MIGHT get the interview waived, but there is not guarantee.
