Hi All,
The processing times were just updated om the cic website.
CPP-Ottawa has been added to the list of visa offices and has the shortest processing time of 9 months.
All other offices such as LA , newyork etc have remained unchanged at 16months.

My time line:

Csq applied : oct 2010
Csq received: apr 2011

Fed applied :July 2011
Medical received Nov 2011
Medical submitted : Dec 2011
Cic updated: application for pr has been received
Medical result have been received.

No update since than
Buff closes in june/july 2012

Files transferred to ottawa cpp.

Post grad work permit expired july2012
LMO approved under catwgorry economic policy and economist.
CAQ approved
Work permit received sept 2012

Send fax and email to cpp with new work permit and CAQ
Oct 2012

Total time since start of application
25 months
Total time since applied for fed
17months.

General Response : file if under security check is done by thrid party, we cannt state a time when it is finished.

On passport:
USA visa
Bulgarian visa
Mexican visa
Canadian student visa
Canadian work visa
Canadian visit visa

In canada since 2007
MBA concordia university
Specialization Mcgill univeraity
Working 2-1/2 years in Quebec.

Wat should i do next?
Apply again 2013??

Hi

I have given TCF exam and scored A2 in listening (Score 200), B1 in speaking (7/20) and B1 in comprehension(Score 300).

Does Quebec immigration have any implicit cut-offs for TCF also, like DELF has (16/25 in listening or speaking) or does A2 in TCF score sheet means full 3 points for A2 even if the score is 200 (lowest to get A2 band in TCF) or 299(highest for A2 in TCF).

For TCF / TCFQ the score that is shown directly reflect your level which is given to you, so no cut-offs. What you see is you get on this one.

A2 = 3 points
B1 = 4 points

All you need a straigth CANADIAN CITIZENSHIP not even a PR!!!...Why are you worried
when you already in the system and you have some tax filling / returns records!!!!

RELAX DUDE and keep up your good records, it will surely come one day!!!!

It doesn't matter whether you have 200 or 299 in TCF, you will get A2 points for that.

We have applied on 21st September 12, haven't heard from them yet, its been 2 months now. which office u applied at?...we live in Australia and applied at Honk kong visa office..I have sent them an e-mail today asked about my application still waiting for their reply..

Hi Friend; yes of course; AOR is only issued when file is checked for completenes and you score the minimum required points, and your payment is also collected. I received AOR after 6 months from BIQ Paris on 28 August 2012 and my VISA card was charged same day. It will soon be 3 months after AOR, just waiting patiently, while I go about my daily activities normally; Hope you do same.

Hello friends,
Any idea what happens when the CSQ expires? How can it be renewed? Anybody with the same situation?
