Thanks Gentle Andrew for your response please can you give me the link to the Montreal Address. also i am not working at the moment as am about completing my MBA program here due to finish by Jan '13' so am a fullstime student but i have got enough cash in my account for the whole project. so what do you suggest i do about the proof of financial capability?

GentleAndrew i also called one agent here in UK asking him where am supposed to forward my applications and he told me that am to send it to london,
that it is Londons office duty to now forward it to Paris or whereever it is, so am getting more confused

When i sent my application in august this year,i sent it to paris office.They sent me an e-mail notifying me that they got my application but that i should have sent it to montreal.They now told me that they have helped to transfer it to montreal.To avoid unnecessary delays send it direct.
I will advice that you finish your program before you apply.

1 Do I need to send a CV with the application? in what language?
2 I have a MBA and I have 10years experience in Finance and currently working as an Accountant. Do I have to fill a form for Regulated profession?
3 Do I have to put a lable in French? 4 Please guide me to write a covering letter.

thanks great4realman2010 for your response but the whole info is in french. i already have a degree in Accounting and have over for years experience so i am not applying on the basis of the yet to finish program.

1) Yes, you must send CV, mine was English as all other docs.
2)I have applied under AOT U024, and I have filled a form for Regulated profession.
3)I have not put any lable in french and no cover letter attached.

I have already received first AOR so I guess is OK.

if They are now only accepting applications from area of training that gets 6,12 and 16 points. does receiving an AOR mean that my study falls into one of these categories?

in other words - do they check my eligibility to apply before sending the AOR or after?

this is very important for me to clarify. your input gents!

it looks like it is before now..if you dont fall in one of the area of training, they will simply return your package and fee...
