Me the same, but now adays I follow up, because my interview will be too close, will be called anytime soon,
so I am trying to manage it with my french tests, I want to sit for TCFQ maybe ;D

I want to schedual my leave vacations, & my interview leave soon to Turkey :'(

why dont you plan your vacation for quebec :D

Do you know your temporary stay or visit can give you additional points? By visiting quebec, you can gain the real life information about quebec and also inquire about the job prospects and residence options.

only 1 point, so I am trying to get it from french

who studied one year get lot of points even quebec graduates get AOT B or AOT A

Yes, thats very easy to get points from french.

but visit to montreal or quebec city can be a very strong point of your profile during interview.
Anyways, if you can afford, you can plan it before your interview.

i cant afford to visit quebec for temporary stay it as one way airfare is 72k Rupee which will be around 1300-1400 CAD. Plus the cost of stay and other expenses. So its quite expensive, just for 1 point. :D :D

And what were u telling about quebec grads, i didnt get your point.

Lets say I am graduate computer engineer, my AOT is C
if I am graduate computer engineer from quebec my AOT will be B

even I get maybe 5 points for stay in quebec

so overall 9 points avantage

i had a word with mazhar and he told me that the main reason of his visa rejection was her spouse french language ability she haven't done any french test so thats why they got rejected!

ok umer, thanks for sharing about mazhar's rejection reason.
It means that for married couple, they check spouse's french abilities also.

I must say, they are making the rules very stricker now.

yes it is but we have make an effort to learn the language its not a rocket science its just a language mates

when someone less than 55/63 maybe they will find any reason to refuse but they need us ;)
so we must help them to select us
we are too important for them, officers will do their best to take us, but we have to show interest :)

does cic have released the new list of occupations eligible for FSW? just watched on a local tv station that Canada is in need of more skilled workers just like previous year nurses, managers, accountants etc.. so i thought that they have released it already since it is most likely that cic will release it this week..
