Here is an article about Montreal that I came across in some Mag.

Hey fellas,
Today i have received my DELF A2 result.
Just missed by 0.5 in listening (Got 15.50) :( :( :(.
I am not sure whether i will get any advantage as a old applicant 8) 8) 8).
I have scored more than 16 in rest of the sections.

Passed or not?

Need 50 for passing, i have got 70 in total.
But according to new rules i need to get 16 in listening to claim 3 points.
Now i will get only 1+3 = 4 points.
I am planning to take DELF B1 soon, so after completing B1 i will go for TEFAQ or TEF.
Feel little bad for not getting 16 in listening , because just missed by 0.5 :( :(.
Anyway this is the life. Happy with whatever i have :D :D :D.

Hello Friends,

5 months before, I have seen BIQ Hong Kong has processed application till October 2010. Still, today I am seeing the same info. Are they working? or closed their office and get back to home. It is like submitting the application at childhood and getting the benefit at older age.
What do you think? They will call for interview.. I don't have belief in that..

Hello my friend, sorry for the tardy answer.
There is an online web page from which you can check your application status.
https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/?app=ecas&lang=en

The lawyers that I'm using told me that i have to wait about 3 months for the medical request, or more.
If you check some websites, they say about the same time 3-5 months.
I have to wait more though...so...patience is a virtue but believe me, this procedure is so long that sometimes you have to go on with your life...
I payed all the costs that are necessary.

Dear kcharito,

I think this is only for FSW. Is this really work for the QSW category????

hi harit79,
You got good score. Congrats buddy.
Yes, now they are giving DELF points as per 16/25 rule, so you will get 1+3 points.

but I m sure, with this you are able to reach above 61 pts overall without adaptability points.

And thanks for sharing those french movies link. :)
