Any idea how to change these to English?

yes, in india, social security system is not there.

But, you can attach ur PF statement for ur contribution and company's contribution.
If PF is not deducted from your salary, then u must attach form no. 16 and copy of Income Tax return for at least last 3 years. :)

Hey friends,

To prove work experience, what are the documents equivalent to social security contributions (listed as 21 in the Documents checklist) from India? The exact sentence from the PDF is

"Documentary proof that your work experience was acquired legally: record of your contributions to social security or proof of exemption from paying social security premiums. If you cannot provide these, then proof of payment of Income Tax."

As far as I know, there is nothing like social security in India. Also, my annual salary is less than Rs.1,80,000/- because of which it is exempt from Income Tax.

So what should I do about this?

you can write it down on a piece of a paper

Hi Umer Shahzad, you mean I should write down on a separate paper that my salary is exempt from Income Tax?

Hi mkshah, it's a PDF file. Guess I'll convert it to Word first, then use Google Translate. By the way, did you get my private message in Inbox? Thanks. :)

Now, one more thing, time till your interview will be about 12-18 months, and here you can surely get updated points for your total work experience, language proficiency and AOT. Only age points are locked at the time of application received date.
So, if you have not claimed full points for work experience, then you can get higher points for work experience at the time of interview, if you gather more period of work exp after ur date of application.

Hi again mkshah, are you sure that they let us increase our points later? I don't see that mentioned anywhere. If that is the case, then I can confidently go ahead and apply with 49 points only right now.

Thanks STILLHOPE, so I can't update my points after I get my interview letter? Let's say I show my advanced French levels during the interview itself, that won't be counted then?

Also, I just found out that my NOC is under one of the 86 'High demands occupations in Quebec' according to this site:

http://imt.emploiquebec.net/mtg/inter/noncache/contenu/asp/mtg121_resultrechr_01.asp?PT4=53&aprof=1431&lang=ANGL&Porte=1&cregncmp1=QC&cregncmp2=QC&cregn=QC&type=03&pro=1431&tri=01

Does that mean I will be eligible for priority processing 100%?

Thanks :)

Please help me compute for my points:

1. Age : 25 on July

2. Education :

a.) If I only to submit my Bachelor of Science in Nursing Diploma and TOR.

b.) If I were to submit a certification that I had finished my Masters of Arts in Nursing, as for the reason that my Diploma and Transcript of Records hasn't been released yet.

3. Area of Training : Emergency Room Nurse/Part-time Instructor

4. Years of Training : 4 years on April

5. IELTS : 6.5 in all sub-tests

6. French : I have my Certification for Basic French but I haven't taken the TEF yet. Should I include it on my application though I intend not to claim points on it?

7. Proof of Funds : I have more than enough on the required amount.

8. Relative : I have Aunt in Vancouver B.C.

Thanks in advance.

As I told u before if u update your points before your interview and you score more points without including adaptability points then chances are high for interview waiver and if u shown your result at the time of interview then interviewer have to update your points at the time of interview as per your French certificates.

Also, I just found out that my NOC is under one of the 86 'High demands occupations in Quebec' according to this site: . This list are for the people who are in demand in Quebec, they are not related to immigration purpose.
http://imt.emploiquebec.net/mtg/inter/noncache/contenu/asp/mtg121_resultrechr_01.asp?PT4=53&aprof=1431&lang=ANGL&Porte=1&cregncmp1=QC&cregncmp2=QC&cregn=QC&type=03&pro=1431&tri=01

Does that mean I will be eligible for priority processing 100%? No only if your education comes under preferred list of area of training then u will get priority other wise they will deal with your file in normal processing.

I m sure this info helps u.

Thanks :)
