Dear Bachar,

I experienced this type of change and as per my AOR I informed them through Fax (because they mentioned in my AOR that any update has to be updated through Mail or Fax).

Hi

I have query, please help me if anyone has an idea

I had initially submitted my file to HK-BIQ as at that time I was in Australia, but later I moved to UK - London so I had to move my file to BIQ-Paris in February 2012 I got a letter from BIQ-HK that my file is transferred. Do you think my initial submission date would be taken into consideration. I had submitted my file in Jan, 2011 to BIQ-HK

Wondering if any of you can share contact details or email address for BIQ-Paris?

Thanks for your help

hi bachar, thanks for this link, this is what I posted in my one of the post some days back :)
also check page number 11 for decoding the AOR code given by BIQ. :)

Hi mkshah,

it only says that a red square means priority processing. But what is the indicator there on that red square that your file is indeed in priority? I am confused about it. :(

thanks a lot mkshah,

1 more query i have -
i have applied as a Single, now i have to put (how many family members including you are in this application?)- 1, because family members does not include father-mother-brother-sister....
& dependants should be - 0 ? If i'll have to sponsor my parents in future-then?

Family members
Family members include a spouse, a common-law partner, dependent children, and the
dependent child of a dependent child:

Dependant(s)
You, the principal applicant must answer each question on behalf of each of your
dependant(s).
Note: Remember that all questions in this section are about your dependant.
You must list all family members in your application for permanent
residence, whether they are accompanying you to Canada or not. You
must also provide details on family members whose location is unknown
(including those missing or presumed dead). If you dont, you will not be able to sponsor
family members at a later date if they are not listed on your application.

Hello Guyz,

Whoever has got interview call in April mission in Hong Kong. Please update.

Hey friends,

To prove work experience, what are the documents equivalent to social security contributions (listed as 21 in the Documents checklist) from India? The exact sentence from the PDF is

"Documentary proof that your work experience was acquired legally: record of your contributions to social security or proof of exemption from paying social security premiums. If you cannot provide these, then proof of payment of Income Tax."

As far as I know, there is nothing like social security in India. Also, my annual salary is less than Rs.1,80,000/- because of which it is exempt from Income Tax.

So what should I do about this?

you can write it down on a piece of a paper
experience letter you can ask your employer to make an experience letter on your name and on that they can write down your designation & your line manager or director can sign and stamp that letter thats fine.
hope so that helps

regards
Umer
