Hello Mkshah

I didnt know you were away I was waiting for a reply. anyway which one is better between the DELF exam and TEFaQ. Do you know?

Thanks

If not Does anyone else know.

Thanks so much

I am not sure about TEFAQ, but people says that its easy. But score of TEFAQ is valid only for 1 year that's what i heard.
I have take DELF A1 and i personally think it's not tuff, you can get your desire score if you work little hard.

Hello Friends

I Just have to ask one thing here about DELF Exam\

I am start taking class for French from AF in January End at Vadodara

I Just have Confirm that Should I give DELF A1 & A2 Exam on the same day like on June 13, 2012 at Ahmedabad...?

If I can give both exam on the same day than I would love to go for the same on the same day and confident that I will get clear this both exam on the same day.

I have read somewhere else on the DELF Side about this thing that one can go for exam as many as they can on the single time but one of the blog here stating that one can not go for both level exam together as AF is not prefered for the same.

Please suggestt me right cause of action and suggestion from eveybody is appreciated

MKShah took DELF A1 and A2 both exams on same day and passed with very good score.
So you can take both exams at the same time, no problem with that.

I want to know the time of validity of DELF certificate.- No, Though the DELF certificate has itself valid for lifetime but for CSQ purposes;as per the new language rules come into effect from 06/12/2012, The results(French/English, i.e. DELF,DALF,TEF,TCF,TEFaQ,TCFQ,IELTS etc.) should not be older than two years from the date of submission of the application.

As per the ciep website DELF and DALF is valid for life time.
Please check the link below and click on What is the relationship between the TCF and the DELF/DALF?

hi devang3d,
Congratulations buddy! It is nice to see u scoring high% in A2. :)
If u dont mind, just I was curious to know why you attempted A2 thrice..... :)
I know a person can take any DELF exam, any number of times he wishes, but as you mentioned here in ur post, u scored really well 84% in first time, so I was just wondering when u mentioned that u taken A2 second time.
Should not u have taken higher level exam next time?

These two assessment tools recognised by the French Ministry of Education must not be mixed up. The DELF (Diplôme d'Etudes en Langue Française, or diploma in French language studies) and DALF (Diplôme Approfondi de Langue Française, or advanced diploma in French language) lead to Diplômes d'Etat, or government-certified diplomas. Currently, some 300,000 candidates per year register to take these diplomas in 130 countries.
The TCF is very different from the DELF and DALF. It is not a diploma, but a certificate of recognition of your level. It is a simple and quick way to have your level certified. The test is like a snapshot of a person's linguistic abilities at a given point in their life. It is therefore only valid for 2 years, while the DELF and DALF are valid for life.
