Hi, kpdes kem cho?
Answers to ur queries:
1. Yes u should fill the IMM0008 form for u and all accompanying members in your application, keep the original filled form with you and attach a photocopy of it with application for selection certificate.

2. it is good thought. :) may god bless you
3.no, when u reach at the federal stage, u need not to send the same documents submitted with application for selection certificate.
It is a different set of forms for available from cic website. Along with these forms, u will be asked u submit PCC and MR. Also u need to send original copy of IMM0008 form here at federal stage.
Wish u good luck for ur application. :)
dear mkshah,

if u dont mind; please send ur contact number through personal message; i just wanted to get ur help on some crucial point.

hi changa,
U r right, as per new rules, 16 and above score out of 25 in A1 will give 1 pt.
Also in IELTS, speaking section, 7 and above band will give 3 pts and listening section 8 and above band will give 3 pts.
:)

There is no email but there is an option to send an electronic form to them on that link.
AOR comes in either post or e-mail depending on each case

Ladies and gentlemen,

There was an interesting question from our colleague (see below) which also interests me. Please advise what happens if the person marries in the middle of the immigration process. I guess there are two different cases: 1. Marriage before CSQ. 2. Marriage after CSQ and before getting the PR

Many thanks

I guess there are two different cases: 1. Marriage before CSQ. Inform immediately and update your file so they can calculate your points as a married applicant and they issue CSQ to both of u after interview/ waiver.

2. Marriage after CSQ and before getting the PR Still u have to inform your BIQ and request them to add your spouse in your application so they issue CSQ to your spouse as per your points

In both case may be they can conduct your interview again for CSQ if they need.

.

Many thanks

Dear Friends,

Another query open for discussion :

A person applies for QSW in Aug,11 (Before 6 Dec,2011 rules change notification) and is DELF B1 qualified. What happens if he clears B2 in June,2012 ?

Would the 16/25 rule(Both in speaking and listening) of DELF apply for calculation of DELF B2 points in his application. Ideally shouldnt rule prior to 06 Dec,2011 apply for his additional points calculation. ( I am asking this considering the case if he scores <16/25 for listening and speaking in DELF B2)

Also I presume there should be no 16/25 criteria applicable for his DELF certifications(A1,A2 and B1) which he cleared before Dec,2011.

Discretion requested.

P.S: The person mentioned above is me.

Thanks

Varun

Standard AOR receipt time from buffalo is 5-7 months. I have code 130 priority treatment csq. will this shorten my aor receipt time?
