Hello friends,

Is there any cutoff marks to get points for DELF exam or they simply assign the below marks, if he/she only pass the exam?

As mentioned in the guide :

DELF A1: 2

DELF A2 :6

DELF B1: 8

DELF B2 :12

Thanks

Any experienced here with e-mail correspondence option with the visa office? I mean there is an option on the forms where it say that you can authorize the Canadian Embassy to use E-mail contact for the updated information that came usually by mail to your e-mail.

I thought this can be more practice and effective because there are 3 mails that come to you until visa will be issued, 1 the AOR, 2 the Medicals and 3 the visa, and if you calculate the time it takes which is 10 days from Rome Office which is my Federal office to my home, and 10 days from your home to the office equal 20 days x 3 = 60 days. You profit 2 Months, nothing bad. We profit 2 Months in this case using e-mail instead of mail.

Any experience with E-mail correspondence?

It might be difficult to get an exact general answer to yr question as it depend on BIQ, anyhow in 2010 BIQ HK used to inform about the interview about 2 months in advance and used to give one chance to change the date/location of interview.

Good luck!

They always ask for your comfortable date if the date they mentioned was not OK with you..

regards
Syed

hello to everyone, as mentioned by m seniors dat they issue you the interview date which you request them to be a comfortable one for you...means we can request them to change it.so i it also possible to request thm to change the venue of interview.as i dont fear from any kind of questions for interview bt it would be difficult for me to face interview outside of my country.my visa office is NEW DELHI and if interview call would be for HONG KONG

can i request them to change venue for either NEW DELHI or elsewhere....pls reply.......

the above statment needs to be corrected a bit. they dont ask for applicant's convenience while selecting the interview dates. however they give you ONE option to chnage the date, only if its very necessary and accompanied by proper justification and documnet. but once changed, you dont have option to get it chnaged second time.

regarding interview venue, i am not sure about that, may be they will chnage if request is made with proper justifications.

Yes, they entertain the request to change the venue as well and that too only once.

I got my letter 2 months in advance.
