Congratulations mkshah

I have updated your details below :)

Thank you STILLHOPE,

pls can you help me understanding the number given to my file.

both the number (ref. ind and dossier no.) mentioned in letter of AOR starts with HA...
No ref. ind: HAxxxxxxx
No dossier: HAxxxxxxxxx

so does it suggest anything about priority processing??
Pls tell How can I know if my file is in priority or in regular processing?

My edu is in Chemistry and it is in preferred list of training. :)

Hi OsamaR and mdammalli, Congratulations to both of you!!!
So... now you have joined the queue :)..

Just to share with you...

Today I have received letter by regular post from BIQ-HK mentioning my AOR dated 11-11-11 :):):)(isn't it the magic date with all numbers 1...) :D and my file was rcvd by them thro courier is on 27-09-11 as per this letter.

I am really happy... that the processing is started for my file... :):)

also they have given 2 numbers in letter... one is writte as no. ref ind and other number is written as no. dossier..

so which one is my file number / aor number..

also both the number starts with HA... so does it suggest anything about priority processing??
Pls tell How can I know if my file is in priority or in regular processing?

My edu is in Chemistry and it is in preferred list of training.

Dear Fresco, Thanks. Only doubt I have is I don't have a 3 years degree. I have only 2 years Masters degree in Business Administration.
Since Masters Degree in Business Administration Is not in the list, what will be my AOT marks? If I take as 6 is it correct?

yes u will get 6 points for your MBA area of training if it is less then 5 year old

No ref. ind: HAxxxxxxx Becasue my no start with P means paris and your no start with H means honk Kong, so this is for honk kong BIQ internal ref no.
No dossier: HAxxxxxxxxx
this is your file no, so next time you send your query with this no to Honk Kong

so does it suggest anything about priority processing?? NO
Pls tell How can I know if my file is in priority or in regular processing?

My edu is in Chemistry and it is in preferred list of training. :) I already explain about priority to u when i send u PM. So please dont confuse your self Please dont take me wrong., becasue they clearly mentioned in their site degree less then 5 year old or u have exp in your field of education and u dont have any.

Thank you STILLHOPE ! I understood it now!

Thanks STILLHOPE. I got my MBA in 2011. I think my points total is 60 now. That means I have to work hard to get 6 points for french language in high beginner level.

Dear STILLHOPE, Based on the post of egrace as per following quote and then discussion among forum members, cant we say that First letter of your AOR number suggests your BIQ and if second number is "A" in both numbers, then your applicatoin will be in priority processing?
I am fully aware about my diploma/degree and my work exp. just wanted to confirm about this info...:)

any ideas about this? and please explain further for les secondes lettres with their difference
thanks Im just curious

in addition, only file which were selected without an interview/ those on priority will have the second alphabeth to be (A), where those whose 2nd alphabeth is between B-Z signifies they were selected based on an nterview

Dear mkshah

May be u didn't read whole conversation. But never mind every one on this fourm having both A number u can confirm to every one who got their csq.

Thanks

Hey friends,

I have once made this question and as it was raised again I am just asking again: My file number starts with E and my VO is Italy which does not fall under the explanation given by aplichante.ph

Does anyone of you have an idea why my file starts with E? (Senior members and the more experienced may know more about this)

Thanks in advance
