Don't be worry nevillek, if you have master degree then they will count your total education and give you 10 points they consider it to the equal of Quebec's bachelor. Same as mine I have three years bachelor after that 2 years master I also was thinking that I'll get 12 points but one of my friend informed me that he got 10 points for the same case.

What??? Check out Page 2 of this link please (thanks to Mkshah). It says I should get 12 points for M.Com! Someone please tell me what's correct? Thanks.

Hi sharptooth,
Pls check que-8 on page 3 in the below link:
http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/publications/en/dcs/documents-dcs-en-dyn.pdf

It shows as
8 • Authorization to communicate personal information (A-0527-DA)

but the link you posted in previous message shows the form number as A-0527-DF.

So, is this both forms the same??

It seems that this form A-0527-DF is to be submitted only if you want someone else also to access information of your immigration application.

Dear Shootingstar,

No problem if you move to other country, you can apply for PR from your parent country or your residence country but you have to complete at least 1 year in your residence country legally.

Thanks a lot for your reply javeedislam!!!

Well, I'm planning to move back to my home/Parent country soon . Does that mean I need to complete the one year residency requirement from the home country too? I thought this was only when we apply from a country that is not our home country?

Dear
You can apply from you parent country any time there is no clause for that but residence country has one year restriction.

Even you can apply from your country while you are living in other then your parent country.

By the way have you received your CSQ?

Thanks, I got it now. So you mean we can apply from the PArent country without any residence criterion?

No,I haven't received the CSQ yet. I applied in Sept 2011!!! my BIQ is Montreal and I guess they are processing Feb 2011 applications now which means another 6 months for me.
