QUEBEC APPLICANTS LETS SHARE EXPERIENCE

Hello my friends, I've received my CSQ since November 22nd (2011), they received my Application since 28th of February (in Sydney Nova Scotia). But till then, nothing... I cannot reach Embassy in Rome (my federal application's Visa Office is in Rome, im from Greece), and I dont know my application Status.
Im checking the On-Line Services from cic site, but the response is always the same (Application Received).

Is there any other person which has the same experience to tell me, help me (or whatever) what to do?

im waiting for the medical request yes...They told me that after 3months i would get a response, but nothing, i sent an email to my lawyers, nothing from them yet too...
by priority list you mean a comment the "Code 130" on the remarks of the CSQ? Yes i have this kind of remark.

Age - 33 years - 16 Points
Education - MCA - Master of computer applications - Masters degree - 12 Points
computer applications (MCA) -AOT - 12 Points
work experience - 10 years - 8 Points
IELTS - 7 (Speaking - 7,Listening - 7) - 5 Points
Children - 1 (20 Months) 4 Points

16 + 12 + 12 + 8 + 5 + 4 = 57


Spouse

Age - 30 - 3 Points
Education - MSc - Master of Science in computers - 3 Points
Work experience - 2 years - AOT - 3 Points
(She should get points for AOT)

3 + 3 + 3 = 9

Total is 57 + 9 = 66 Points.

Can you please let me know if my calculation is correct ? I am planning to apply with DELF A1 scores. Please guide me.

I have a question for members who used French with Michel Thomas, I found:
- foundation (8 CDs)
- foundation review (2 Cds)
- builder (2 CDs)
- advanced (4 CDs)
- advanced review (1 CD2)

is it the full collection of french with michel thomas? what is the correct order of them?
Please help if you have any idea about this course

Who told you that you would get the medicals after 3months?...Has you money check being cashed?...I learnt from this forum that,
medical request do come up 2-3months on the average, but just be patient, we will get it some day very soon...When was your money cashed?..and how come were you able to check your application status, if you haven't received the medical request?

But in overall, the biggest hundle in this process is getting the CSQ....And after that, it is a game of patientce

well i am going to show a docs ! how these guys verify the doc its from UK border agency but same verifications are going to be done by Quebec authorities

1) they give a call
2) they send a verification

in check lists for question no 4 are you a holder of one or several of the following diplomas
which box i need to tick
diploma or training recognised as equivalent by the quebec regulatory body ( with exception of a diploma in medicine) or else i need to tick foreign diploma coverd by a mutual recognition agreement (ARM)
i got my bachlors from india
masters from U.K.

do i need to send a covering letter with this and if yes wat i need to send
please try to help me out in sending my csq again

Well, from my own experience, for Kcharito to be able to check his status that means he has received his Federal AOR and his payment must have been cashed, the AOR must contain his file no. and UCI. The application status will have to change from Application Received to In Process before you get to receive MR. My status change on the 1st of May, 2012 and by 22nd May, 2012 I received my MR by mail. Remember the processing time for Federal process varies with VO.

I believe it gets you priority processing within other QSC applicants in the federal part. You will not get priority processing over other Federal applicants though, just among the other QSC applicants.

How long before you received your AOR from Nova Scotia? I am wondering as I just submitted my federal app last week.
