so if your file is complete the date the file received will be considered in the waiting line for interview call
ok thats correct.
but there are two dates that can be considered for submission of file.
(a) the date when our application package reaches to BIQ via courier/mail. this is the date when our application is physically received by BIQ.
After this, our application is placed in queue for cheking by IO for its completeness.
(b)This is the date when our file is checked by IO for its completeness of documents, fees etc and this is the date when AOR is issued.
so, of these two dates, which date is should be considered as per info from website?

I just want to update and inform you guys that I had received a letter from BIQ HK via snail mail stating that my application has been placed on the waiting list for selection interview.
The way I see it BIQ HK is VERY FAST on their process. You may have an analysis of my application timeline:

see his file number is 81xxx, so from 12.2010 (aislam) to 04.2012 (knivesvente), there are 818xx-661xx = 15700 files submitted to BIQ HK during this period of 17 months, so an average of 900 files per months received by BIQ HK for this period.
