Hi..I checked with BIQ HK last week and one lady informed that still there working on Nov 2010 applications.
Also I need to get a advice of adding child to a passport.

My child is still 9months and I need to know is it better to add him to my wife's passport or get a seperate passport to him?
which one is the best for this Quebec process?

Please advice.

So its not according to the date of AOR

AOR = Acknowledgement of Receipt.
It is the date of opening your file.

I have completed my DELF A1 and last week I got my results. I have got more than 15 for all areas and 20 for listning but, for speaking
they have given only 9 points. Total points earned 60. This is not acceptable for me because, In the speaking exam I have done my level best and didn't stuck when speaking and pronunsations also was allright.

Some of my friends said that they got stuck during the speaking time but, thay got more than 17marks. Before two weeks of DELF exam i have done another french exam which is conducted by Alliance but, that exam is bit harder than DELF. In that exam I really got stuck 2 times when speaking but, in that exam I got 15/20.

So this is not acceptable and I have informed to Alliance redarding this but, their not accepting that. I cannot prove this because there is no recording of our speaking like IELTS exam. So I'm totally dissapointed about this issue. Sometimes they have mistakenly mark other students marks in my sheet.

Do any one has this kind of experience?

Friends please advice.

My ANALYSIS on this data:
All members in red colour have got interview. as per this data, applicants till Oct-2010 have been processed and this same data is published on quebec website also. Now we dont have AOR/file number of the oct 2010 applicant, but if we take aislam (dec-2010 applicant) and applicant.wife's file number, then there is difference of 3000 files between their AOR number.
So, as per my assumption, they can call applicants upto March-2011 in the next mission.
