So make sure your diplomas are notarized and if possible authenticated by the issuing institution. I sent my original diplomas, as I am outside of Canada, and I specifically requested that they be sent back after they have been verified.
Keep in mind that the only document sent directly from the university to the Order is a copy of your transcripts, that is if you graduated within the US or Canada only. If you graduated outside the US and Canada a notarized/ authenticated copy of your transcripts must be included in you application and you can send this your self.
Here is a complete list of the docs. you need to apply:
http://www.oiq.qc.ca/en/Iam/applicant/obtainingPermit/otherCountries/Pages/documents.aspx
Keep in mind that there is a hefty fee associated with your application (~$850) so you need to decide if it is worth it for you to apply before you arrive.
Hope this helps.
Thank you again, i highly appreciate your help
I think it is worth and it will be more better to start it before the interview, maybe it will show how serious i am by my immigration
