I have read your reply for experience letter issue, i have a question here, my experience was in government companies and authorities and they only have a specific form of letters that they will not add anything else or write job description just they wrote "worked for us a Civil Engineer from xxxx to xxxx" nothing more.
What do you think is it acceptable ??

The tax returns can be filed even if your income is 0. All you got to do is declare that your salary is 0. In your case, you should file your returns stating sal is x. use the form 16 and file it. costs almost nothing. but that paper will become very valuable, coz it will show your real income, employer details and a lot of other info. plus also show that you havent evaded taxes ! just a responsible thing to do.

Hi Umer Shahzad, you mean I should write down on a separate paper that my salary is exempt from Income Tax?

edit: oh wait, form 16 is if you're in India. But am sure you can do the same in other countries too. talk to some tax expert.

I managed to get my DELF A1 results today and i think i fared well. The results are not overwhelming but i am pretty content with it.

Comprehension Ecrit - 20/25
Production Ecrit - 17/25
Comprehension Oral - 13/25
Production Oral - 22/25

The max points available for the taking from A1 exam is only 1+1 = 2 and that too as you've stated if you score more that 16/25. This means you have secured points as follows:
Comprehension Oral - 13/25 - 0 points
Production Oral - 22/25 - 1 point

so its 1 +_ 0 = 1

Hi, pls read previous posts of this thread. There are many similar queries and answers posted.

For DD, you must go to your bankers and request them to make an International DD in favor of the name as mentioned on your biq website.
it must be in CAD and not in your home currency.

edit: oh wait, form 16 is if you're in India. But am sure you can do the same in other countries too. talk to some tax expert.

Also check with you CA. I heard that it is possible to file ITRs of previous years for more than 1 year with ITR of current year.

Do we have to fill all the Applications by hand or on the computer? either of the way you can do it. And if it's to be done on the computer, how do we add text to a PDF file?!
these are editable pdf files, so you can type text in it. If you require more space than available in form, then must continue this additional info on a separate blank page and attach it with the fiel.

Please advise how to estimate total processing time for the federal part. The table on the CIC website only gives the processing time for the visa office, but we are sending all docs to Sydney. Apparently the file will not arrive in the visa office instantenously and will go via various bureaucracy stages.

Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to update on my situation. Received my CSQ on 31st jan. Sent my federal application on 14th of February. My credit card was cashed on 12th March. Now waiting for AOR and Medical. who knows how long that will take.
