please clarify your rejection letter with its perm number.. perm 403a or perm 399A the latter part is the rejection notice while the other one is letter for possible rejection if you cannot comply the instructed requirements.
actually sir the selection interview is very subjective since it does not follow any checklist for scoring but rather we are given general topics to prepare with. therefore the end result will always depend on your IO that's why it is suggested that prior interview we reach the cut-off score for the csq for our application to be placed on safe side. The best action for this is to send an administrative review.
1. note whether she gave you the perm 403a with the number of days given to comply for A2., if so have you followed them?
2. if you were not given with this letter either during the interview or after the interview then this can be another advantage for administrative review since this letter must come ahead with the perm 399A (rejection letter)
3. if you have passed A2 you may submit them a notarized copy together with your administrative review as proof of complying the required points for CSQ even though the IO did not give you any points for adaptability.
4, you may ask other applicants in making administrative review like angeleye i guess...
