Dear Seniors Osama/Angleeye/Javeed
hi maccuet, here is my assessment:
I mis-calculate my points previously. It was exact what I need but now I found difference:
1) Education: B.SC in Civil Engineering 4 years from Bangladesh =10
10 points
2) Area of training (AOT)- Civil Engineer with foreign degree =06
Based on this table: http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/publications/en/diverses/list-training.pdf
if your degree falls under this category: Civil, Construction and Transportation Engineering (Bach. - 4 years) then you get 6 points, but if your degree falls under this category: Civil Engineering Technology (DCS - 3 years) then you get 12 points as mentioned by mkshah and the guys..
3) Work Experience 4years related with study =08
8 points
4) Age 26 years =16
16 points
5) Language IELTS S-7 L-6 =05
2 points for speaking and 2 points for listening
6)Financial Self-Sufficiency =01
1 point
Total= 46 only
so your total would be either 45 or 51 depending on your bachelor degree weather it is 3 years or 4 years program.
So i have shortage of 49-46 =03 points. Could anyone suggest me what I can do now? Please give all possible solution. I have sent my application on 07 September 2011 and my first AOR was on 22 October 2011.
I will appreciate your kind attention.
Go by mkshah advice and start taking french courses
