Hello everyone,
Again here with a questions...
I am gathering documents to be send for CSQ with initial application.
Could anyone explain the following:
1. You must provide documentary evidence that your experiences have been acquired legally.
2. The certificates of employment experience made during learning, training or specialization Diploma must be accompanied by agreements established with the educational institution attended.

3. copy of family register........What kind of certificate is this? We don't have this type. Where to obtain?

I am confused regarding this information : Do my spouse need to fill this form too?
The principal applicant and spouse (husband or partner) must complete Form Application for Selection Certificate - Principal applicant, spouse or de facto spouse
I will apply with my family (Spouse and 1 child). While in the application form it says:

Who is required to fill out this form?
The principal applicant and the accompanying spouse or de facto spouse, if any, who are applying under one of the following subclasses
(definitions on page 2) :
• skilled worker;
• self-employed worker or entrepreneur;
• foreign national in a particularly distressful situation, within the meaning of section 18c of the Regulation respecting the selection of foreign nationals : this class does not include refugees, persons in a similar situation, nor protected persons.

I am IT Manager, and my spouse is simple graduate in commerce. Do anyone of us need to fill these forms?
the declaration of a candidate or a candidate in a profession regulated in Quebec by a professional (PDF, 60 KB) - if you or your spouse or have a training exercise to practice a profession regulated by a professional in Quebec
Note: See the requirements for admission to the professional before filing your application.

I am in England on student visa, that will expire on 31st Jan 2011. And hopefully I would have an extension of 13 to 15 months after that for my Writeup stage.
What should I do regarding this: just to send the copies of current visa, as I don't have any recepit that I have applied for extension. I will apply by the end of Dec.
a legible copy of your residence permit valid in the country where you currently live or, if your title has expired, the receipt of your application for renewal of residence permit, valid, together with the photocopy of residence which is an extension

congradulations narmeen :)

and thanks iceberg for such good news :)

Please seniors........
waiting for your answers............

1. Try and give the offer letter from the companies for whom you have worked..or the leaving certificates which you got...
2. Give a statement from the institution that you are/were bonafide student etc...

3 Any form of card such as(such as RATION CARD in INDIA..depending on your country) which gives family in members info..

Shahi

@daffodils,

Yes your wife needs to fill out all forms where it is written that the spouse or partner has to fill..

The form for regulated trades can be filled up later..

Cheers
Shahi

Shahi,

I know you are a guru in this, please help.

Its taking 2 months + to get AOR. The thing is I didnt send application by courier, just normal post within canada. I paid by bank draft. Is there a way to know the draft has been cashed? I dont know if the application got to montreal or why its being delayed if it got there. most ppl receive AOR within a month.

Is there a way i can redirect processing to Paris? I hear its faster for ppl from my country.

hi there i m new to this whole forum and i expect positive support from awl of u ...unfortunately my profession isnt on priority list and neither my hubby's... but stl confusion is there...my husband is a sales and marketing professional with more than 9 yrs of experience..and we assume that we do fall in the category of NOC 1122.. ..can anyone guide please???
moreover, plss reply my wueries point by point ..i wud b thankful

. is french language COMPULSORY for quebec nomination program?
. is provincial nominee program comparitively faster than fast track?
. is we get quebec nomination thn do we need to live there for the rest of life or can we move? if yes thn after how long?
.

is anyone from pakistan here who has applied after 26-june-2010??

@chikbiks..thanks for your nice comments...but i m also a beginner like all my friends here..

I would not suggest you to change visa office..in fact you cant change it..if you have lived in canada for more than a year then you would have to apply in montreal office..else the visa office that covers your country..you cannot apply based on which processes faster, etc..

Wait for your AOR..it will soon come..

@KHG

French is not compulsory but certainly a very important factor..While applying if you dont know it..its fine..but once you apply..you must start learning it...

FSW and QSW are almost same in terms of processing times..

You will have to live in quebec till you get citizen in three years...although you can move before as well but thne you will have problems in getting citizenship...so min 3 yrs is the recommended time..

Regards,
Shahi
