hello every one!

can some one explain what proofs do i need to submit for claiming one point for stay in qubec for more than 2 weeks less than 3 months?

i do not have any proofs for my stay in qubec.

how can i claim my point for that?

I'm in a tricky situation right now. I've been living and working in Quebec for 5 years, and I applied for the CSQ through the PEQ (Experience Quebecois) last September. My final work permit as a temporary resident expires on October 25, 2015.

To cut a long story short, I was rejected because I sent them my TCF results (B2 for oral expression and comprehension) after my initial application date. I didn't realise you cannot re-apply for the Experience Quebecois. The rejection letter invited me to apply for the regular Skilled Worker program, but I was looking through the application forms for that, and there is a checkbox that says your working permit must be valid for a year or greater to apply from a country outside your country of origin.

My work permit was originally valid for more than two years, and when I started the process with the PEQ I still had more than a year left, but now I'm down to 7 months. Is it still possible to apply from Quebec??

Yes. I applied in January 2014 while being on a one year working holiday visa which expired in June 2014.

If you can't locate the stamps in your passport, the airline will usually provide a copy of your ticket (although sometimes for a fee).

RPRF Request/Paid: March 2, 2015
PPR Request: March 10, 2015

how come your RPRF request came almost a year after the submission of your medicals? this isnt the normal waiting time, right?

I didn't know this wasn't normal. I always thought the RPRF request was made when they were about to process your application.

im really sorry. its 2015.. i received my aor last feb 11, 2015.. i was kinda hoping to receive my med req after a month,, no updates till now. do you have any idea whats the time frame after receiving the aor?

I'm glad it was a mistake!

My application is being processed at Mexico's visa office, where the time frame is about 45-50 days after receiving the AOR. So I guess it depends on which visa office processes your application.

Hi everyone.. Day before yesterday I got an e mail with intention to reject your request. they have demanded proof of payment of income tax and work experience of last five years from the submission of application. In October,2014 I have sent them my current job experience and income tax form and they have received it. I confirmed it by calling them. From 2007-2011 I was a student with no part time jobs. I don't understand What to do with itr of these years?
