Hello stylove, what is the latest on your file? i called again a few days ago. file is just siting down somewhere with no new update except for that it was opened on 4th july 2014.

All files still sleeping dadabigboy. They were bitten by Tse-Tse flies so they have to sleep for soooooo long before getting up. But one thing is for sure the files will get up from sleep one day, sooner or later!! 8)

hi guys,
I applied for csq January 2013, I got an aor and notice that my file is already opened May 2013. No nothing since then, I called this June and learned that my file is not yet bing processed. Last August 11, I received an email asking me to send missing/additional documents. What doesit mean? I don't have a consultant and doing this on my own, anyone who have an idea what's going on?

It means you should send the additional documents and wait till further notice

U should send the additional documents within 60 days...If they dont receive the documents within 60 days, they will drop you application automatically.

Its an indication that your file is being looked through for a decision for interview or CSQ send in the missing documents ASAP.

I got documents request from Immigration Quebec on 22 Aug, 2014. I send them on 24 Sep, 14. They mentioned that, based on you documents the decision will be finalized.

Any idea when can i expect an answer from them.

If you sent everything in required format then just give them about 3 months and they'll get back to you. So you should get good news before December

Hello Guys

This is my first time on this topic, Please read my case and suggest

I have 3 year diploma in Computer Engineering and B.tech in CSE.

1. First i have applied in year 2009 (after one year exp in IT line) but that case was rejected because my points are not up to there requirement and i got this from information in 2010.

2. Than again i applied in 2010 and now i submitted A1,and A2 French certification and my exp is 2 years now. So after 2010 i got letter from then on 20 August that update your case with latest changes in your life,experience.


But now as i already applied for the FSW2014 in may 2014 under 2173 Category and i got PER in August 2014 and my file processing is also started at Delhi NDVO from 12 September 2014.

When i have applied for the FSW2014 i did not mentioned in my forms that i also applied for the Quebec state because at the time i do not know my file number and i even don't know what is going with that case. But when the letter comes in August 2014 in that i have file number, So now i have updated this in my Federal Forms and send to Delhi office. I mentioned about both cases and my current case file number.

So will this effect my case?
Will NDVO verify my Quebec case with file number i sent?

Whether you have (or not) FN of CSQ application, will not affect your FSW application. U have not received CSQ, so how can it possibly affect ur FSW application.? How can u mention your CSQ application in your FSW application, we applied both too, but there is no space in the FSW application forms where one can write down that one also applied fro CSQ...(unless u received CSQ itself, then u have to admit so in the FSW form, otherwise, i do not understand why u r worried.)

thank you subash,no I did not do any special diploma.I did three year diploma in mechanical engineering.I have. 12 year of experience as machining technique.they accepted my file I presume because I received Aor.this is the reason I count 16 points.

You do not have to worry If you have already reached or crossed required points for initial screening.

Yeah,you are absolutely right. I think, that part is non of their concern since the question on the generic form regarding Quebec immigration automatically grayed out when you choose any other destination except Quebec.That is why we do not need to mention anything about Quebec application on FSW forms unless we have CSQ in hands.
