do you think that!!!!!!!!!! already three months are finished from 2014 and no updates, no mission, nothing.
let me tell you what we can expect:
in 2014 only priority files submitted from Jan-2011 to March-2014 will be called for interview and for the others-like me- it's better to look for another immigration program or even another country.
this B2 B2 condition is not more than a wasting of time and an exuse to delay the process.
everything in Canda takes time not only getting CSQ.we need to be morethan patient, they need people who fall in love with waiting and waiting.
we are looking to retire in Quebec not to get the CSQwhile retired.Regards,

where could we head for? because it is really unsupportable to wait and wait in both sections ( even if we have CSQ , we will face the same wall in federal....)

They asked for two items and I am not sure what document they are looking for.
1. certificate of work in my current state ( where I am working at present ). {Expérience professionnelle acquise ::: l'original ou copie certifiée conforme de l'attestation de votre travail à Washington, USA, (les contrats de travail et les promesses d'embauche ne sont pas acceptés). Cette attestation d'emploi doit être une version originale ou certifiée conforme par un Notaire public de Washington. Présentement, l'attestation d'emploi à Washington est manquante.}

2. certificate to prove legality of work exp in USA. {attestation de la légalité de votre expérience professionnelle au cours des cinq dernières années}

For jobs in the United States: the legality of professional experience must be certified by the Issuer of the document (eg, Social Security Administration). Certifications made ​​by a Notary are not accepted.

No, Nova scotia will ask you in the application. and second, if Quebec new they will put your file in the nearest trash even without telling you.

Rightly said... I applied in Feb of 2013 and till now, have nothing more than an AOR which I received in Apr 2013. I can see many hopeful souls waiting right from 2011, 2010, and still hoping for a turn around from Quebec authorities. But, after seeing the priorities( Seen from one of the previous posts), I believe Quebec will give preference to Latin America, Europe, and North West Africa, I have decided that I can continue to live happily in my safe environment from India. I dont even know what I miss in India now. I am not living in a most dangerous part of the World, I am earning much much more than what I spend, I have set up my family, Built my home without any mortgages, and possibly I can retire within next five to 8 years (I am 34 years) If I want to settle happily. So what else I miss being here... The only thought I had was a better quality of Life for my Kids, safer roads, parks, and environment in general, and wanted them to go to best universities in the World. But, considering the Quebec's indifference. I can better settle in India, and earn good amount of money so that my kids can very well live my dreams when they grow older...and likely that I will have to ignore the outcome of my file.

BTW, can anyone let me know why you decide to move to Quebec, in spite of the long delays ?. Do you think you can get a better life moving there ? Any comparison you have made for this Movement ? and what are the other things to expect from Quebec ?
