Will it be priority on Federal or all federal the same

I think all are equal in federal, it only depends on your local visa office regular processing times.

My university sent me some certified true copies of my diploma through email.
Does anyone know whether this would be accepted? Because when I print it it's actually a copy of a certified true copy, right? ;D
Or do I really need the original certified copy?

All copies have to be certified by issuing institution and bear a signature of a registrar and if applicable a stamp to endorse that this copy is true to original. In addition, you will need to obtain translation of certified copy in English or French.

Actually the documents are translations in English and have the necessary declaration, signature and stamp on it. But if I print it, it's not original anymore. So I suppose they won't accept it then?

Unfortunately it's not acceptable. You need to request hard copies of originals.

I recommend you to request several hard copies from your educational institution just in case. It will save you time. I did it. In case you want for example to apply for work permit you'll have to prepare a separate set of documents apart from immigration application. I suggest requesting multiple copies because I've recently applied to a professional order for work permit and they ask not for certified true copies, but for notarized copies.

Any education completed en france comes under mutual recognition agreement (ARM); and it is equivalent to Quebec diploma. normally any qualification which cover under agreement are to be claimed, if you have cliamed it at the time of filling your application for CSQ u will get it. Otherwise you still can claim it. Hope it helps..

Spouse Characteristics - 9
Children - 8 (2 kids)
Financial 1

we are scoring a total of 70 Points, plus we will take DELF post our application. Is there any cut off score is there for prime applicant .. or they ll consider total 70 points for our application.

An applicant with a spouse or common-law/conjugal partner must score at least 63 points.
