I have tried to read your other posts, but your poor grammar makes it challenging to decipher what you write. I studied Canadian immigration law for 4 years in Vancouver Canada so "I kind of know" what I am talking about.

Processing time moved from Nov to Dec 2010 and countries list changed!

For the applicants from Bangladesh, in the processing time of BIQ, its found that they are processing aapplications till Dec 2010 and countries like Australia, Bangladesh and Japan are in the same group.

So, now my question: what is the effect of this change, i mean whats your opinion on it?
Merci!

Hello Rifiel,

So is that the rule to submit DELF? that you must have at least 16/25 in listening and speaking? what if you have less than that and still pass the DELF exam? say you passed listening and speaking with 10/25 and the other sections 19/25 ?

Let me explain with the example.
DELF A1 : 1+1 = Total 2 points
DELF A2 : 3+3 = Total 6 points.
Let's say you took DELF A2 and got 19 in listening and 10 in speaking, then you will get 3 points for listening and 1 point for Speaking, as you scored between 8 to 15.

Hi xyiday,
We cant tell exactly how long it will take to process the application, but according to current situation its taking between 1.5 to 2 years if you are not in priority list (For Asian countries who have applied at BIQ HK).

Hello,

Just like Harit79 said, it does take a long time, though there is some good and bad news depending on which "side of the fence" you are. According to immigration Quebec official website" Effective March 2012, only those applicants on priority list A, B, or C will be allowed to apply and also people with arranged employment. This is good news for people falling on any of these categories and have just applied or will do so in the following days not only they are in priority processing but since Quebec is now only taking applications from only those 3 groups, less people will be able to apply, hence less processing times to obtain QSW. Now, if you are neither on priority list A,B, or C then this is bad news for you..

Biography of Jason Kenney
Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism

Jason Kenney was born in Ontario and raised in Saskatchewan, where he graduated from Notre Dame College. He did undergraduate studies in philosophy at the University of San Francisco.

Mr Kenney served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Canadian Taxpayers Federation, prior to his election to the House of Commons in 1997 as Member of Parliament for Calgary Southeast. He has been re-elected five times, most recently with 76% of the vote.

He is a former Chairman of the House of Commons Subcommittee on International Human Rights, and served in several positions in Opposition, including as Finance Critic and Deputy House Leader.

Mr Kenney was appointed Parliamentary Secretary to the Prime Minister in 2006, and Secretary of State (Multiculturalism and Canadian Identity) in 2007.

He was appointed Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism in 2008. He was reappointed to the portfolio in 2011 and given the added responsibilities of Chairman of the Cabinet Committee on Operations, and Regional Minister for Southern Alberta. Minister Kenney sits on three other cabinet committees: Planning and Priorities, National Security, and Social Affairs.

Mr Kenney has been voted “best overall” and “hardest working” MP by his colleagues in Maclean’s Magazine’s annual survey of parliamentarians. The National Post has called him “perhaps Canada’s best immigration minister ever” for his efforts to strengthen the integrity of the immigration system, while improving economic opportunities for newcomers.

Hello,

I want to ask anybody did the Évaluation comparative

http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/education/comparative-evaluation/submitting-request/index.html

Should I send all degrees I have ( Master's and Bachelor's)?? or only the last one is enough ??
What about translation ? they only accept the translation by a member of OTTIAQ, should I let the ministry translate the documents for me??

Thank you a lot

Sarkes01,
What is about your TCFQ result, because that has just come to AFD. Let me know you and your spouse result. Have you applied through any consultant?
