Hi guys,
Concerning the visa u need to re-enter canada if u leave before getting ur pr card, in fact it's not a visa, it's called "travel document". U can apply for a travel document at ur local embassy (canadian embassy jal el dib) if u leave canada before getting ur pr card and want to go back. Usually u will get the travel document but nothing is guaranteed 100%, so better not leaving before getting pr card in hand.

I did not get the thing regarding not being allowed to leave the country before getting the pr card and the visa from the airport.How can we apply for it and when? Maybe if we apply on the arrival he will deny our entry???

It is preferrable not to leave canada before getting pr card, and if you want to leave during that time the immigrant visa they they stamped is not valid and the pr paper which you get at the beginning is not for entering and leaving canada! So you need to inform airport and fill in specific travel document which will be equal to new visa so it will allow you to enter canada again.
And if the address wasnt your address, the officer wont accept sending pr card by mail unless it is your address!

So basically guys you went to canada and already started to rob the government taking benefits and not declaring your work. what an improvement.

I arrived to Toronto Again LAst week, already started my work in an architecture office (i got the job by applying online). Still not into the system with the fast moving and starting a job directly but in any case things are looking awesome, i am staying in Thornhill a suburb of Toronto but this week i will be start looking for a condo in the downtown area.

In short, though it is only been 10 days here but i guess it is bit easier for me since my husband's family is living here so they are giving me the support, but in general things are smooth ALOT different than Middle East, different work culture etc..

On another note for people in Montreal, there is a firm called Lufa Farm www.lufa.com .. created by a young lebanese 3 years ago. Check it out and get inspired or even better check if they have work..

the processing time mentioned on the CIc website is 23 months.
based on Lemans case, it takes 11 months.

he payed all fees from the beginning.

Approximately 12-16 months ,but nowadays its lesser than that.
