Impossible Jaddz. u r in the federal stage now, but you are a quebec applicant with a csq. It is totally different between Quebec immigrants and the federal.

Yalla nchalla when you submit those documents ...i think they will sent request to do your medicals...

My file changed to In Process on May 18, 2014.
Today, I got an email from the embassy asking for exactly the following:
- Copy of your USA status document during your program of study there
- Employment reference letter from your current employer which provides the following details: dates of employment and job title
- Copy of your official transcript for your MBA program of study as well as your bachelor degree programs

Regarding the first inquiry; can someone tell me what is a USA status document?! Do they mean copy of the visa? If copy of the visa - why didn't they just say visa copy? Is there something else that I am missing?

For the second document, how is this relevant to them? I already have my CSQ! I worked at two countries for the same company so for example, I have been with the same employer for 5 years but lived in UAE for 3 years only - would this make them wonder?!

Official transcripts?! Why !!!!!! Did any of you submitted official transcripts as part of the federal application? I don't remember anymore if it was a requirement.

What does a USA Stats means? Do they mean the visa? if they mean the visa, why didn't they just say your USA visa? Are they referring to I-20 document or SSN document? What do you think?

Your USA status can be found on your visa stamped in your passport but also on the I20 if you have one. So, to be on the safe side, send the copies of both.
