Yes bro hajazet british airways 5 hours to heathrow then 7 hours to montreal with escal 3 hours, khafifeh ndifeh, will be leaving begining of august.

Two questions:

1- how much are you fiding tickets for (prices)?
2- how long should we stay after landing? Can we leave in aout 3 weeks? We really need to settle a few things before we leave for good, you know, kids, schools, etc.

a friend of mine landed a day before I did and received his PR card on Friday so I'm sure I will receive it any day this week, given I landed on a Saturday.
it's been a 12 weeks wait for the PR card so whoever's planning to leave immediately after landing should think twice about such step...

in case we couldnt stay till the time we get our PR, what the worst scenario that could happen.
as for me, i will give the address of my friend, and he will bring it with him when he comes to lebanon.

he can send it via DHL super easy thats what happened with us. the most important thing is to give the address of a family member or a friend.

Concerning landing, as long as you submit an address for you to receive your pr card number, its ok for you to leave after 3 weeks, but it is always preferable to stay untill you receive it by hand, then come back to settle your things.
Concerning prices if you are leaving in high season period do not expect low price ticket, unless you will travel through amman airline which is cheapest but 13.5 hours from jordan to montreal, or qatar airways it is more expensive but you get 46kg free of charge per person instead of 23kg.
Lufthansa during high season forget very expensive
For me I have chosen british because less hours acceptable price for high season and they do not apply on you the rule for the size of the bag, u can bring big bags

Yes of course , but hana asked for 3 weeks, so its up to her to choose how long she wants to stay.

i did it.. we gave my husband's uncle address it is normal if they ask you tell them you are staying at their place. AND DONT SAY UR LEAVING AFTER LANDING directly (IF asked - they dnt usually), because they wont fill your pr application and will tell you that after you get a place/address u should send it via Mail or online.

BUT other than that.. they dnt care they just need an address so dnt stress over that, just give them the address of your friend/family member, and they will send evthg by mail.

Yes you can.. in order to keep your PR status u need to stay 2 years out of 5 in canada . in case u want to get the passport u need 3 out of 5.. but in this case better not to prolong your move.
