Quebec applicants 2010(Damascus) waiting for medicals

guys tawwlo belkoun. in my case they gave me the visa less than 3 months of expiry of medical. it only need some time.


today i received the passport back after about 10 days.

with the passports fi seminars to attend, anyone had something similar? anyone attended ?

If u realize in the forum akter shee tawalo la hala2 hene May and July applicants. Fee 10 months, wu 9 months, twice.

i suggest u all be prepared , ma bta3rfo kif bteje el visa, who knows they might postpone the medical date or in worst scenario they ask new medical, which is not a major problem .

moreover,cherif said yesterday that he meet a friend who got his visa and the valide of this visa is just 2 weeks,so imagine guys!!

We know eventually we will all get it. Bas no one wants to wait for 2 weeks before medicals expire.

Find a temporary residence at least until you get the health card which takes the most time(3 months to receive the card but the coverage starts after 45 days from application submission to the regie).
Start the job hunt before traveling, it won't be easy to find a job on Quebec side.
Do your diplomas equivalency if you haven't done them yet.
Bring an international driver's license or translate the Lebanese one, but don't do it in Lebanon, you can translate it at the Leb embassy here or find an authorized translator at ottiaq.org (you can drive with the one u have for 3 months).
