If you want to send someone else to submit these, you would need to fill in a form that allows them to submit the papers on your behalf.

That form is also included in the email that you receive.

that is only for visitors and temporary visas..

So why are you moving to Canada? if you have good job in UAE / GULf you are happy where you are.. why you are moving.. or you are just doing it to get the passport and get back to Gulf??.. Sorry but if that's the case that's low and well opportunistic

MEA is good. via geneva as the stop is only 1:30 hours. one way about 760 $ and two ways chi 960 $.

If you have been following this forum, you would have noticed that i am not planning in any way to get back here, i am as everyone else who started this project for a "REASON", we don't want to have a future in Lebanon, so ma 2ila 3aze hal comments, telling me low wma ba3rif sho, akeed this is not the way that i replied back..

I am WD and i like it even though i was not a quebec applicant, and discussion and disagreement over issues is not wrong.

I usually dont go into arguments that are based on sarcasm and just shouting stuff, i did respect his point of view when he was talking about taxes and the fact that people should research well before going, but to make it as a mission to discourage everyone and specially the ones who didnt get their visas yet is not right.

Again, everyone is entitled to give his/her opinions and in fact i will apologize if i insulted anyone by mistake by saying about using the canadian passport but i am totally convinced that if you want to move to another country, invest your time, money, life you should do it till the end not use it for your own selfish target. anyway that is a whole another subject..

I totally agree with you, what I don't accept at all, is providing wrong statistics and numbers. This really misleads people as we tend to get easily thrown off by numbers...
