No mention of the CSQ, because once you have the PR and Visa you can enter Canada with an expired CSQ.
After emailing the 5 main banks in quebec, RBC was the only one to offer opening+wiring funds before landing , however you do need to do a bit of running around the jungle-like gov facilities in leb to get your paperwork done that is required alongside the applications, you do need to take all that paperwork to an RBC certified lawyer or lawfirm and might actually pay those blood suckers a high amount depending on which lawyer is less of a thieving prick, then you will need to pay DHL to send all those certified and completed papers because RBC will not accept them as email attachment nor Fax, hard copies of originals only certified by leb gov, witnessed and signed by an rbc certified lawyer. so give or take this process will take up to 3 weeks before you get the green light on wiring your funds so make sure you have DHL mail all the documents BEFORE submitting your passport to the embassy for a visa stamp.initial said:question about banks. do u recommend the rbc new commer account ?
