to transfer your file it , you must spend more than one year in that country.
the delay is of security check.

I have question, why in some other visa offices applications become in process before MEDs?
Then after MEDS visa come within 1- 4 weeks

applicants who applied 2 weeks b4 me became in process but mine not yet

I guess because we are Lebanese. And the security checking need more investigations.You cannot blame Canadians for the reputation our country has.

I mean ecas became in process before meds and for you it becomes in process after meds :D

1- we have received your application...
2- meds received

shouldn't it show the in process or not necessarly :-X

i did my medical in 28/august/2013
after 5 monthes it shows we started processing your application
so you did it in october it must change on fabruary thats what i think
 
My conclusion on the federal part after reading couple of posts here is that there is no trend and they don't follow any specific procedure... every VO takes the measures that they believe are appropriate in order to process applications in the fastest way possible at their own risk! I highly doubt that you can compare the processing times btw 2 VOs because they do'nt relate... You need to compare your application to another person from within the same VO.

keep an eye on me :P ill order caips after I do meds to see if security check done b4 meds

Actually you were the last mission who had interviews, no one got CSQ after you. so they must run fast now
